More importantly, they didn’t even finish the conversation bc the call gets cut off, so the jury won’t know if he got him the attorney or why. It’s unnecessary, confusing, and proves nothing.
The way the state talked about YSL here in Atlanta prior to the beginning of this trial, made it seem that they had a hell of a lot more than circumstantial evidence. smh. Just a waste of time and a waste of tax payer money.

@@Patricewofford here is just my opinion, And I have been harassed by detectives after I was involved in a raid and wouldn't talk to the police, I wouldn't snitch. They told my co defendants that I was giving them info and going to help them so if they didn't want to go down they better talk. They lied to all of us, almost gote killed, and called my mom and sister and they were standing in my living room when I got home once. It was a nightmare. Anyway, I know how awful they can be, I was almost 30 so I held my ground, but Woody was 21, anyway he absolutely told the truth, and he absolutely told lies, making him, unreliable, it doesn't matter what you think he's lying about, cause that still means he lied the other way , how could anyone take anything he says seriously?

I seem to remember hearing that there was a meeting between the judge, the prosecution, and the 'snitch' while excluding the defense. According to at least one account, Woody was told he wouldn't be prosecuted for lying on the stand until he said he was going to tell them that he actually killed the victim, at which point he was told by the prosecution that if he did so he'd be prosecuted for perjury.
The judge is over compensating now because he's under a microscope. He still completely sides with the state he's just trying to save face now.
