Spencer talks a good game but esme will make it hard for him to drop his obsessive need to always need to be around ace. However Trina will catch on that spencer is at esmes a lot and she will most likely figure out esme only wanted to move out so she could make moves on spencer without Laura and Kevin’s supervision.
Oh my goodness, I can so see that being her angle! When Laura and Kevin came back home and Spencer wasn’t there, it was all the complaining about how rough the weekend was and how she wasn’t getting any sleep due to Ace’s teething. I still think things were out of order. We saw him talk to Esme and then Joss. I think he talked to Joss and then Esme. Same with Trina. She went to her mom’s and talked to Curtis and Marcus. Then went to class and then talked to Ava. Then she texted Spencer. Probably saying, that she needed more time and would talk later. That would have been enough for Spencer to decide to push the issue. All that boy needs is an inch and he figures he can get his way. So he decided to camp outside her door, knowing she’d have to acknowledge him. He probably decided to lean on the door after Joss left.
there's a lot of discontinuity, maybe editing, reshoots... I still think one of them had a cold which is why we didn't get much f2f up close, but mostly distance, which played well for the scenes of "defense posturing" but the makeup moment/ touching was him standing behind her.

Even if Joss saw him as she was leaving, I doubt she would've sent him away. She's been rooting for them to make up and she didn't seem surprised to walk in on Spencer there at the end of the episode.
Spencer and Trina are the young couple with the chemistry on the show and this was a good scene, but, I don't like Trina being to harsh or border mean with Spencer, yes their must be boundaries ,between him and Esme , even new nice Esme, but Mace doesn't have a father, Nikolas is the natural father or brother. Spencer is Ace's next of kin and he has a right to step in and be there for him, Trina should not force him to chose. Ace is part of Spencer's life, Trina should see they are a packaged deal and work with him. He can be polite and cordial to Esme, see her with Trina present, or at a neutral spot with Ace. Trina has to see Ace as part of the deal ,if she wants to be with Spencer and has to make at least a little polite space, for new Esme, as she's the mother, there is a way to compromise , meet in the middle , worth it .

Exactly. The GH writers think we're stupid. If Spencer spent the whole night well in the morning on the dorms floor to win back Trina the writing is shady. Trina kept telling him you can be a presence in Ace's life without living with Esme and he didn't want to hear it. Not until he got a preview of what it will be without Trina. I'm glad she didn't respond back via text or phone, dodged his earlier visits and didn't read the cards. Spencer had Trina withdrawals and I honestly believe he wasn't leaving till he got his girl back. Now the tables has turned and her plan didn't work. I wonder what crazy Esme will do next.

I hope that because of the strike, they've written enough material that it wouldn't seem like he's off canvas. He starts filming Dec 14th or 15th into February that's not bad at all. I need this storyline to move forward, and the more we complain about the unrealistic way their playing, Esme, I hope it forces them to listen. A lot of our complaints have been addressed. Spencer talks a good game but esme will make it hard for him to drop his obsessive need to always need to be around ace. I suspect that when she moves out Spencer will be at her place frequently but he won’t say anything to Trina about it to make it look like he really has changed when it comes to acting like aces father. However Trina will catch on that spencer is at esmes a lot and she will most likely figure out esme only wanted to move out so she could make moves on spencer without Laura and Kevin’s supervision.

Oh my goodness, I can so see that being her angle! When Laura and Kevin came back home and Spencer wasn’t there, it was all the complaining about how rough the weekend was and how she wasn’t getting any sleep due to Ace’s teething. She then she throws the bomb in “I didn’t realize how difficult it would be with Spencer being away with Trina”. Really heifer? But when Spencer came home and he asked her how the weekend went, she just smiled and said that Ace and her had fun mother/child bonding time!

I still think things were out of order. We saw him talk to Esme and then Joss. I think he talked to Joss and then Esme. Same with Trina. She went to her mom’s and talked to Curtis and Marcus. Then went to class and then talked to Ava. Then she texted Spencer. Probably saying, that she needed more time and would talk later. That would have been enough for Spencer to decide to push the issue. All that boy needs is an inch and he figures he can get his way. So he decided to camp outside her door, knowing she’d have to acknowledge him. He probably decided to lean on the door after Joss left.

I still think one of them had a cold which is why we didn't get much f2f up close, but mostly distance, which played well for the scenes of "defense posturing" but the makeup moment/ touching was him standing behind her.

Even if Joss saw him as she was leaving, I doubt she would've sent him away. She's been rooting for them to make up and she didn't seem surprised to walk in on Spencer there at the end of the episode.
Spencer and Trina are the young couple with the chemistry on the show and this was a good scene, but, I don't like Trina being to harsh or border mean with Spencer, yes their must be boundaries ,between him and Esme , even new nice Esme, but Mace doesn't have a father, Nikolas is the natural father or brother.
Spencer is Ace's next of kin and he has a right to step in and be there for him, Trina should not force him to chose. Ace is part of Spencer's life, Trina should see they are a packaged deal and work with him.
He can be polite and cordial to Esme, see her with Trina present, or at a neutral spot with Ace.
Trina has to see Ace as part of the deal ,if she wants to be with Spencer and has to make at least a little polite space, for new Esme, as she's the mother, there is a way to compromise , meet in the middle , worth it .
In all fairness, both E and Trina chose their own path. Spencer simply followed the one he loved most. It is what it is.
