아마 건후가 초등학생된걸 너무좋아하는 이유가 핸드폰때문인듯 해요. 누나 나은이가 초등학교 들어 갈때 폰을 받아서 부러웠는데 드디어 초등학교 들어가서 폰이 생긴다니까 너무 좋아서 초등학교 빨리 들어가고 싶었을듯 해요. 그리고 엄마랑만 영어로 대화 하는줄 알았는데 누나 나은이랑도 영어로 대화하네요. 아빠랑만 한국어로 대화하는듯해요.
It's very early age to give a phone but ik korean kids even when they're very young tend to make their own way to and from school so ig it makes sense to give them a phone earlier for safety

For emergencies. TROS used to feature actual news snippets about children getting kidnapped from school [even if parents teach them about not going with strangers]. Not once but twice was the news snippet shown on 2018 episodes
@@charliejoson9145 It's horrible it happens and we have to keep finding new ways to keep children safe. I love how Anna and Jooho raise their kids. They're great parents. But so many adults are not fully aware just how much important it is to keep your kids SAFE on digital devices. I'm not necessarily against giving kids a mobile phone for safety reasons, but I think it is very important to not give them one which they can access social media or internet with. Ofcourse there's ways to try to make it hard for them to do so, by blocking websites on your router or setting up parental control settings. But todays kids know how to bypass things easily and will still be easily exposed to harmful things online. Studies have shown that the usage of mobile devices in children and adolescents may be associated with depression, anxiety, and with behavioural problems. It is reported that between 10-20% of children and adolescents suffer from a mental health problem globally, and up to 50% of mental disorders emerge under the age of 15. These studies have shown that Smartphone use by these kids may be responsible for poor mental health associations. So to give these young kids phones is very risky and not recommenable, it can mess up their mental, emotional and even their physical development (and not to forget the eye issues that can develop over time)
Social platforms, certain apps, online access is dangerous. If you want to keep your kid safe and be able to reach each other at all times, give them a fliphone or something similar. There's also Gabb phones, but there's still parental control on it and kids who are tech wise will find a way to bypass. Give a child an electronic device and they *will* become tech wise.
