Rachel and Lex in the Junior to Drive Class ~ 2024 Draft Horse Classic

This time Doc played co-pilot and Rachel did the driving. They have been practicing at home but it’s a lot different going into the big fairgrounds arena! Lex had a preview by going into the Gentlemen’s Pleasure Class the night before but this was Lex’s first daytime venture pulling a cart into the show arena and Rachel’s first time ever. But she is a natural and looked every bit as competent and confident as the other young drivers; and I’m pretty sure most of them have been driving for much longer. This class certainly was fun to watch- the new generation coming up. Rachel and Lex are a team and they are off to a great start!
