It's so lovely that you helped this beautiful Mummy out. But it makes me so mad that the shelter that first took her in didn't even bother to shave and groom her so that she's more comfortable and the babies were able to nurse. As someone who works with animals, I always assumed people who chose to work in the animal industry did it because they love animals, yet some of the people who work in pounds and shelters like these don't seem to care at all. Asha and her puppies are so lucky to have you guys.
I ADORE Asha. She is such an INCREDIBLE mommy!!!! She is unerringly loving. Her sonar is pitched straight towards that barking-cute brood of hers. Oh my goooooodness--I just want to cuddle them ALL!!! But especially Asha. People always seem to focus on the babies, and I always want to make sure the mama doggy or kitty gets the love, care and breaks she needs as an individual, because she needs and deserves them--PERIOD. And also to replenish her reserves, so that she has the energy, strength, health and good mood needed to deal with all of those babies demanding her attention at once...
I have a Rescue Dog that I ve had for almost 2 glorious yrs. and I suggest everyone adopt a Rescue Dog. As to the question of who adopted who....that remains a mystery. Please adopt and treat your new friend with the greatest amount of respect too.

It makes me so sad to see how badly she was already neglected when she got dumped. Her personality is sweet, but you can see how such bad treatment was taking it's toll on her. What a brave momma to still wanna be there for her pups, even though she's uncertain of her future, being neglected & then abandoned. Sweetie girl.
I'm glad, eldad and your orginization working together and supporting each other in all your efforts to help these animals and to bring awareness to as many people as you all can through your videos. All of you are such amazing people.

They look like little Shih Tzu babies! I have an extremely lovable and smart Shih Tzu girl at home. I love her to pieces, I hope someone adopts mama and her babies. Shih Tzus are great family companions.

I know this is really old, but just saw it....and I get your message, I really do, but what about all those dogs at the pet stores, are we to shun them? it's not so simple to say "Do Not Buy Dogs" You're not running those places out of business, but furthermore, we are at great risk of changing the game....go on the Internet, people are breeding dogs, in many cases just letting natural occurrences happen, no shots, no care, just breeding placing online, and people are buying them i know of at least 2 that bought their dogs this way....and what's worse is the smaller breeders are completely unregulated...we need to educate rather than shun...
