Glaze has nothing to hide. He comes clean about his past destructive lifestyle in his documentary movie and all of his interviews on the net. He's also aware that he can't change nor control people's perspective of him now. Glaze is a changed man for the better of his life. He wants to pay it forward by sharing his life story and sending a message to the youth that there is nothing good to gain by being a career criminal.
He is working with the youth now helping them not make the same mistakes he's made

I don't think that Glaze is sorry about the murders. However, i do believe that he realizes how much time he wasted in the streets. Although he has a hard time pronouncing most of his words correctly, he is a captivating speaker. In addition, he is very smart with leadership skills. Who knows what could have happened with his life if he hadn't wasted so much time in prison.
