Nick Botic through season 5 there were rumors that Carlos is leaving the flash .and they kinda changed the Cisco character making him not happy with his powers and wanting life outside of being superhero . In the end of season 5 Cisco gave up on his powers being total human so many of us thought it means Carlos is really leaving .
