Thank you for this video. I found it by accident, but God knew I needed to hear this. I take care of my father-in-law in addition to caring for my family. We are going through learning curves and some emotional/mental hardships. I know some of the answers, but I can't make anyone else do for themselves what they need to be doing. I can only do what I need to do and I see that I haven't been taking good care of myself because I put others before me and got overwhelmed. It’s an encouragement to me to always put my stuff first and also God. I’ve been in my ups and downs Taurus God has helped me to overcome the feeling of overwhelming.
