having been raised only nominally Jewish, knowing I'm Jewish, went to temple once as a kid, even little bits of Jewish culture or references which might be trite or cliche to others is sacred water to me, only having been connected to Jewish culture through study, never through Jewish friends or community; a Jewish movie here, a Jewish book there. thank you for all the knowledge, it really is living breath for me.
