@@cha_teaw There are 12 cookies that have been baked by the witch of light after the Beast cookies, those 12 cookies have been hibernating in the witch castle and may be called the *Witch cookies*
They're different with the beast cookies, the beast cookies was the very first cookies on the first ever generation but forgotten, banished, and erased from history.
Basically because of the witch of light sacrificed herself to safe her companions to save the 12 witch by turning them to cookies but the witch of pride doesn't accept that so she also turn the witch of light into.

I think this might be a different universe set right before the events of CRK. So that might be why gingerbrave only found out abt them in the castle and continued their story in the castle, but the events of CRK still continued.
