Great video with some good pointer. There is one thing that isn't included. Millenials also compare everything to anything. The quality of the production carries the expectation they have of the job. If you make a cheap (looking) production, they won't expect incredibly demands for the job. Make it look too professional and they might feel like they don't have enough for the job. Finding a good balance is key.
