And I'm still holding onto the belief that the crime Asuga committed was being incompetent towards her workers. There might be something to prove me wrong but eh. My biggest evidence is that Asuga didn't seem to mind Taka's crime despite it being fucked up and it's probably because they have similar motives for their crime. Taka tampered with murder scenes to hook in more interest for the sake of entertainment. Asuga abuses her coworkers for the sake of them performing better or neglects her coworkers because they're means to an end for entertainment, something like thatm
