They're soooo good! Their music also helps me write. I'm currently in the editing phase of my debut novel, titled, Pretty Lies. This song as well as "Not Afraid to Die" have inspired a lot of the story.
I swear music has become my best friend right now, and finding their songs has helped me. I love the beat, lyrics and sound of it all. Amazing.

Honestly, I love songs like this. It has the beat that, if you get too engrossed in it, fills you with energy to run a thousand miles. It's really hard to explain, but it's like everything is high without the actual drug (of course I wouldn't know). Not only that it has meaning and metaphorical lyrics that makes everything in this song so much deeper. Music is such a powerful force of emotions verbalized in a fashion that can speak to everyone. ^^ I love their songs and honestly, they should already be selling albums. I find them that amazing. ^^

This is quickly becoming another favorite of mine...I especially love how around 3:40 I start expecting a quiet chorus with minimal percussion, but the percussion comes right back in unexpectedly at 3:42. I also appreciate how, while you are a rock band, you don't neglect the the melody and harmony...I often feel like rock bands are just there to make angsty noise. But this is beautifully-crafted angsty music that I respond to every time. ;D

The lyrics are strong with this one ! It can be so hard to stand up for ourselves, and not to give up after you failed so many times, with all those people telling you that "you should get a bit more realistic and have real projects rather than pointless dreams and ambitions". I always tend to stand back and hope to get out any situation unharmed (never quite worked at school). Average and normal is comforting, but hey, such songs motivate me to actually kick off and stop fearing what everyone might say ! Way to go. Amazing song (like the other ones actually, where has this band been all my life ?) !

it feels a lot like it connects to my past. I don't feel like doing detailed stories, but I can do snippits: 50 years of medical malpractice by age 21. Disabled on my 20th birthday. Betrayed by my uni which stole all my money and made me starve for 4 months. The 4 months of starvation robbed me all the muscles I worked so hard for over 2 years and also made me unable to gain muscle again. Every time I follow my old or a new exercise program I end up really weak and don't gain any muscle mass, since my muscles just decrease and aren't being rebuilt fast enough. I had experienced 15 different medical conditions by age 21 as well. I am more logical than 98% of the human population and for this reason can deal with problems in a matter of months that would take others years. I've been damaged by horrible teachers and students in ways that will affect me for life, like being punched so hard my jaw discs came out of their sockets, which can never be fixed by surgery. Then there was the time where I went to court simply asking for compensation from the government since it was responsible for the bad teachers, students and doctors. I calculated my compensation as being worth roughly 4.2 million USD, but I didn't give the court a number as I awaited their response. They said my claim was denied because I didn't report these people to the police within 3 years of meeting them. They also didn't wanna make an exception as they thought I had been mentally sane my whole life, based on the fact that during my 4 months of starvation I was able to budget my remaining money to get 800 calories a day. I didn't even know my rights as a kid and still haven't been taught them as an adult, but they still expect a child to have reported people to the police when they didn't even know they were wronged.
