frogs may seem delicate, but my guess is he hardly felt those stings. Their skin is actually really tough, designed for two harsh environments, land and water. Frogs are also vital in many ecosystems for pest control. Notice how he closes his protective eye membranes when faced with the stingy hornet?. Wonderful creatures.
This is a pacman frog. Lol not many frogs are like this and not many frogs can take a giant Asian hornet sting, over and over. This fellow and probably a bullfrog and that's about it. These two are the most durable frogs. Put this little fellow against any other frog. Why do you think he chose his pacman to go against one of the biggest, meanest, flying insects? Or is this guy a piece of shit and didn't care of the outcome of this fight? Doubt it.

I like how a giant hornet vs almost any small animal is considered a fierce battle, but if it’s thrown in with a Pac-Man frog it turns into a live feeding.

i find it amazing how these creatures in particular and even in general are programmed with instincts in a given situation. when the hornet is being attacked it knows it has a stinger and immediately uses it to harm the attacker to get away and the frog does that thing with its eyes. nature is so cool

You can tell that first round of stings hurt him. Makes me wonder why those chose to feed him something they knew would sting him. I thought they would be showing off the frogs immunity.
Yeah it's not cool, while it's an interesting video it's pretty much forcing the frog into a painful situation for people's entertainment. I doubt this would occur in nature much at all, for a start it's a South American frog and an Asiatic giant hornet.
It’s clear you know nothing about keeping predatory pets. I’m a ball python breeder. They occasionally get bit by the rats as they are trying to eat them. If you are feeding live prey this is unavoidable all of the time. Animals that eat other animals live will have to deal with injuries frequently because their prey fights back. In the case of ball pythons it’s even possible for the rat to kill the snake and begin eating it if the owner is irresponsible and does not monitor the snake until the rat is killed.

It's interesting how the first time the frog tries to eat the wasp it has its eyes open and gets stung, but the second time it keeps it's eyes shut until it's sure the stinger is in its mouth. Seems surprisingly intelligent.

2. Are they immune to every bugs venom?
3. Does it hurt them to eat these things?

1. Yes they can feel pain. However not the same way as mammals.
2. There not immune to every bug Venom. How ever Pac-Man frogs have such a big stomach that they will try to eat anything even if it the most poisonous thing on the earth.
3. If they get sting multiple times it hurts them. That why he was freaking out in the video when he kept getting attacked while trying to eat. That was also a very big meal.
4. Fun little tips. Pac-Man frogs enjoy a varied menu of crickets, silkworms and occasional mealworms or waxworms.

The fact this thing has the gonads to keep trying even after a single sting is very impressive. Asian Giant Hornets have necrotic venom. A single sting is not only extremely painful, but causes the flesh at the sting site to rot if left untreated.

OMG dude. The music and mouth effect makes the live feeding of a trapped insect so funny. I’m literally dying at the effort and funny hahas I just experienced.
Obvious sarcasm. It’s nature I guess but the fact they are trapped in a cube makes it unsettling. Since the dumb frog let go at first, it could mean that the wasp deserved to live in a natural sense.
This pacman frog is better than the real pacman. Every time a ghost touches the real pacman, pacman just lets the ghost kidnap him to some kind of hidden place outside the game, and the game is over after you run out of all your pacmans. This pacman frog gets stabbed by that hornet multiple times, and is still able to eat it.
