Sandra Bullock's Love Bryan Randall Dies At 57

- Sandra Bullock is mourning a devastating loss. The Oscar winner's longtime partner, Bryan Randall, has died at just 57 years old. The photographer's family and a rep for Bullock shared in a statement with Access Hollywood on Monday that Randall passed away "peacefully" on Aug. 5 after battling ALS for three years. "Bryan chose early to keep his journey with ALS private and those of us who cared for him did our best to honor his request. We are immensely grateful to the tireless doctors who navigated the landscape of this illness with us and to the astounding nurses who became our roommates, often sacrificing their own families to be with ours. At this time we ask for privacy to grieve and to come to terms with the impossibility of saying goodbye to Bryan," the statement read in part.

ALS is a cruel disease. It warms my heart to know that they loved each other very much and were raising their children until the end. My condolences to both families.

How unbelievable it is that nothing has changed for those who get ALS since Lou Gehrig died in 1941. I realized this during my son's battle w lyme. I sat in an independent lyme Dr office & spoke those who had ALS in the waiting room. These Doctors r not covered by insurance. One Dr yrs ago in Colorado Dr Martz cured himself of als by using 4 different antibiotics. He also opened a clinic that healed about 25% of als patients. The day I called the center they were closing. We must demand better treatments for those w Lyme & ALS. Why is mainstream doing nothing. God Bless Sandra & her family❤❤
