A great part of life is cooking for your people. Doesn't matter what... Most folks, kids included, are just so thrilled when someone does something tasty, fun, and special. Thanks for keeping it real for the American mom.
What a great idea! Your children will never forget this, even though my children are 40, 32 and 28, we took nature walks and collected leaves. And to day, they bring me leaves 🙂
Glad you shared this. Fun idea and memorable tradition. I won't be doing it as all mine are grown and grandkids close to it but it doesn't mean it doesn't get the thoughts turning of similar or different ideas and a smaller scale of something one can do.for what fits for them and the time they have. Fun video. Wish we could have seen the reactions :)
Elf is my favorite Christmas movie. When I was a child, my favorite was the Miracle on 34th Street, the original with Elizabeth Taylor as a child. I am Jewish and we don't celebrate Christmas but I have to come home from work and watch Elf. It ends the day perfectly for me. My co-worker bought me the DVD last year as part of my Chanukah present. I did not get a chance to open it and watch it. I will this year! I work in a supermarket and we are open until 3 on Christmas Eve Dau normally Last year it was 6 pm. Grrr....what scrooges to close at 6. So I did not have the energy after putting out dinner and feeding the dogs so I just put on a cable station that was playing the movie and watched that instead of the DVD. I just think it is hysterical. Will Ferrell in an elf suit is too funny. When he is standing next to Bob Newhart or Ed Asner, it is so funny because he is so tall and they are so short. Great movie.
THIS IS SO AWESOME!!!! Love love love every part of this video!!! I'm a HUGE "Elf" fan and use mugs all year around with different scenes from Elf on it! 🤣🤣🤣🤣💕💕💕💕
That was great wish I had thought of that when my son was younger. We watched those movies every Christmas together for years and it made for great memories. Thanks for sharing this Jen 👍
I love this so much. My niblings and I watch Christmas movies together and themed food could be a fun addition. I've looked up the moose cups from Christmas vacation maybe one day I'll go ahead and get them
EL Fudge double stuffed still hit. I love them. The Hickory Farms turkey sausage with brown sugar is my family's favorite summer sausage. We have it every Christmas.
That's an awesome idea... I told the kids and we are big christmas movie lovers.. Even thought of meatloaf and mashed potatoes (a christmas movie) ..hot cocoa which can apply to the santa clause (shaken not stirred) and also polar express
What a great idea! I love the Stouffers Mac and Cheese, for a frozen dinner it’s ranked as the best frozen Mac and Cheese. Jen, I used to love Pop Tarts, but not anymore.
They say Christmas in July is a thing but I might have a Christmas in February celebration with some of these! We didn't get to Home Alone 2 this Christmas and I don't know if I want to go a whole other year to see it

I'm with you, Jen. I'm always gonna pick the donut that doesn't have sprinkles or M&M's or any other adornment.

That is a fantastic question. I’m not quite sure she knows the answer lol
Lol did you forget to post this in December? Lololol

I need to buy DVDs and stop relying on streaming because I can't find our movies we like without being charged for them.
