Hiii guys!! Long time no see, I know!! I'm so sorry :(( if you want to know where I've been, I wrote a lil thang up in the description box where you guys can catch up on what I've been up to! Anyways, hello :)! In today's video I'm bring you something that so many of you have requested for so long- a video on how to layer in warm / hot weather! I compiled up all my tips, layering alternatives, and outfit ideas to bring you today's video, so I hope you enjoy xx
I’m from Costa Rica and believed or not it’s super helpful learning how to layer properly, we can go in just one simple day from rainy to humid and warm and then a little bit cooler at night... xo
I just found you a few days ago and I seriously don’t know how you don’t have more subscribers. Everything you talk about is interesting, really useful, and explained well. Anyway thank you for doing such a good job.
That's what I initially thought, but when I was doing research in preparation for this video it kept consistently coming up on the list of breathable fabrics so I just included it so idk 😫
If it's loose it will probably be okay. I have a vintage dress in full polyester and it isn't tight and it's a thin fabric so it's actually pretty good and almost too cold for me (I'm often cold). Keep in mind that Finnish summers often don't get over 25°c so if you live somewhere where it's really hot it might be better to stay away from all the plastic fabrics.
I‘m from Germany and there can definitely be hot summers here, like, last year it was soooo hot but recently the weather has been incredibly weird, on Saturday it was snowing. Snow. In. May. Like, what?! 😭
Im from the Bahamas and girl let me tell you the weather rarely goes below 80 degrees 😭 so this definitely helps me with styling my outfits!!! New subbie btw 😊❤️
I have finals this week but during my study break im watching this video! We've both been busy i guess 😄 good luck with setting up and hopefully the lil cut on ur face from falling heals good and well 🙏
Also just a creative thought/question, but have you tried wearing just a simple Ralph Lauren button down but unbuttoned with a tank top or perhaps a lace cami underneath? Def recommend trying if you haven’t as it’s another amazing summer layered look you can do that’s both preppy and comfortable! :
Hey Jess! So you've got a subscriber all the way down south in South Africa. This video was super helpful especially since we have this weird winter weather. It'll be 5 degrees c (40F) in the morning and then 30 degrees C (86F) til at least 6 in the evening so it's really hard to dress appropriately for this!
this is sooo helpful!! thank you! I am going to london england soon and needed ideas for how to layer pieces to my outfits and these were all helpful af :) love you!
I am from Irak and I really like your videos and you outfits are beautiful. I am going tomorrow on a holiday vacation and this video helped me a lot THANK YOU 💗keep it up the good work
I am from serbia and the weather here varies sometimes is hot and 5 minutes later it rains. Otherwise, I really would like to see a video about how to dress to be ready for both the rain and hot weather
I love the new intro!!! The weather here in Singapore is insanely hot and this is really useful :) also, I love that belt bag that you're wearing crossbody!
Hi I know you're very fit but can you make a video when it comes to chubby people. I am losing confidence because I can't wear those kinds of outfits because of my stomach fats and more fats (which I cant just get rid of). We wanna look good too with our own body type. I hope you can help us. :)
I'm from the Philippines. But from where I am, Baguio City, it's the summer capital of the Philippines bec the climate is cold here. :) This video is so perfect! We love layering clothes in our city! 😉
Love you too girly :) I know it definitely can be not so breathable, but when I was doing research for this video polyester kept coming up in the list of breathable fabrics so i just included it 😫
Jessica Neistadt ahh ok. I will admit I am a little biased against polyester tbh. I loved the rest of your tips though! ❤️ how do you find button ups that don’t gap?? (I have not mastered this magic yet) 😆 Oh and I’m from Canada 🇨🇦 forgot to say before
@@JessicaNeistadt That's because popular fast fashion brands use it insanely. But really, wearing poly differs in nothing of wearing a plastic bag haha.

Doesn't polyester make you super sweaty in summer?
That's what I initially thought, but when I was doing research in preparation for this video it kept consistently coming up on the list of breathable fabrics so I just included it so idk 😫
It makes you hot, but the thing is that it doesn't absorb moisture so the sweat won't show on the shirt
It does. I think perhaps there are weights or weaves of it that potentially aren't as bad but omg I'm in Australia, polyester is death
