30 seconds left of Tom Pembertons video and Gerrys notification comes in. One minute left and Farmer Phil notification comes in. Hard to beat it👍👍 Great video as always. 3650 for the win
Honestly, the 3650 is a credit to you Gerry. Makes me want to go back driving tractors again. I haven't got a degree in computer science to drive these new ones so I'd have to stick to driving classics like yours !!!
Great video Gerry. The 3650 looks and sounds something else man. Definitely will help to keep the hours down on the big girl. Put a smile on your face too listening to her purring away 🤠
Lovely seeing the 3650 out again, she looks well. Ok so a daft question… I thought it wasn’t worth making silage this late in the year as the sugar and nutrients had dropped?!? I’m still learning about silage making 🤣🤦♂️
Great video Gerry, the 3650 looks really good in front of both the mower and baler, such a shame the season is nearly over, i want to see some more 3650 action😁😁
Ah Gerry that 3650 is music to my ears! Fair play to you she is sweet as a nut.. what a beauty, especially that cab view 😍 oh the sg2 cab was/is sweet place to spend a day. She's a credit to you. One of my favourite tractors ever.. I could drive her all day long every day lad. those front mudguards are handsome..
Have you seen the bale accumulator on the JD Baler that gets shown on Sonne Farms - "Laying Down Multiple Cornstalk Bales at Once!" - the thumbnail says it all, would save you all a stack of time if you had one of those, no idea what the cost of it is though.
Calendar deadlines are a curse. Those making these rules are not going back to a farm at night, have incomes and pensions to the grave, have no understanding of the variables on a farm where you have to work to the weather conditions. I blame the farm organisations who have got too cosy with the Department.
Why is the October deadline a problem for people? There was 9 months to empty yours tanks! If you can’t empty yours tanks in 9 months there’s something seriously wrong! Slurry spread early is helping the ground all summer, slurry spread now will do very little good, people might start putting it out early when the price of fertilizer rockets
Well as I always say… we all have the makes of tractor we like. But when you see a good Ford 7810/tw-30 or Massey 390T/3690 or Deere 3650/7810 case 1455I think we all appreciate seeing them in action. 👌 hard to beat the classics
@@gerry6420 completely agree gerry. All the top brands have their classics. We all have our brand affiliations but you should never be blind to the quality from the competition. There's a reason why JD, MF, CNH are top of the tree.
What do you do with the bales. If a good groat grass next spring. Why don't get a man with a zero graver to cut it and feed it to your animals. It will help you on the silage
I am not sure how the bale got damaged but I find when using a double bale handler don’t try to pick up a bale with one already on the other side as you will be sliding the first one along the ground and can lead to damage.
@@gerry6420 one of my leveling screws is a hydraulic ram and allows me to lift the first bale a little while picking up the second one but it’s not perfect I think cashels make a double bale handler that lifts the first bale vertically as you pick the second one.

Great video as always keep the videos coming and all the hard work gerry
3650 is a beaut. What year is she?
Great video Gerry
Check out crawfords farm. Tractor challenge 👍
your bales are not very square at the ends is that due to the rowing or the baling?
Why do you store the bales flat, and not on their ‘edges’??

Will you be looking into buying your own wrapper in the future?
Don’t know if I’ll bother. If I can get someone to wrap when I need it done I’m happy enough
@@gerry6420 didnt you use to have one
@@victhegamer2004 no I’ve never had or owned a wrapper

Would the 3650 be fit for the double bale handler
Yes no problem
Great video as always
Great video gerry 👍
How do you like electric lift
So far so good. It’s similar to what’s in newer tractors
How much horseys in your 3650
Good man Gerry another good video
Song name ?
John deere 3650 de 120 hp 👍
40k any day now!
What's the 69 is it a 20 or 30.

Yes I know. It’s a time saving risk. You can catch a stone and rip plastic. In 65 bales I’d 2 that I had to tape. So it’s not too bad.

@gerry6420 would you consider putting dual beacon's on the 3650
thats gay
Great video Gerry 🙂
