Everyone of people ehn una go just Dey blah 😂 ok yon know about jet and choppers but do you know that 1) we don’t have the capability to build or design (hard fact) this aircraft you see developed nations use. 2)us, Russia , china, EU, they no go sell their current technology giving them an edge over them. 3) Nigeria has only believe in ground ops just few years of changing strategy to Air and Naval Support for better security. Lastly buying a fighter aircraft is not walk into a car lot you have make Oder or look for auctions ones
Some of you just love commenting without thinking?? So those multi-role jets you see there are from where?? Better update yourself before spewing your ignorance in public!
The Nigerian Air Force operates jets from various sources, and not all are from the USSR. It's worth noting that military equipment, including helicopters like the Cobra AH-64, can remain effective for decades with proper maintenance and upgrades. Age alone doesn't necessarily render military weapons obsolete; many nations, including the United States, continue to use older aircraft and helicopters that have been modified to meet modern requirements. It's essential to consider factors such as maintenance, upgrades, and modifications in evaluating the effectiveness of military equipment."
That jet you claim is a ussr jet is not. That is a Chengdu F-7Ni based on the MiG 21 jet. It is a third generation jet made in China and it can still fly with the Air Force for as long as 2027. But they are most likely to be replaced by the JF-17 thunder made in Pakistan
Young African love your country work hard bu loyal
