What’s exactly is a turning point during mid game of the screen appears?

Not sure exactly what the conditions are for those. But if the team getting the event succeeds, their players get a temporary mood boost afterwards.

@@30-30Club from what I've gathered from playing the 2020 version of Power Pros the game will activate the Turning Point during a big opportunity for either team. I've trailed in games, and then managed to get a few players on base and then the next batter would be faced with the Turning Point at bat. So I think the game has to be in a big chance moment type situation to trigger it.
