first, have you tried increasing wall loops, increase print temp, and infill %? if you have, then you could try out that remix someone posted (found on the remixes tab on the printables page) that prints the launcher in parts with different print orientations that make it stronger
we're using the hitech hs-485hb servo (but weirdly enough the one sold by tetrix) and the extra metal hub that comes with it. And the rubber band is put through the slit on the servo mount before the servo is attached (sorry for the inconvenience but you can still mod it to make it like the botbuilders' launcher).
use the step file of the launcher to cad urself one or create mounting holes in it. If you want it I have a model with holes that attach to a gobilda channel but idk what ur tolerances are for your printer so that may be a problem
If you guys are interested here's an extremely lazy video of me making a drone for the v3 drone launcher ua-cam.com/video/Db8eAI9xiEI/v-deo.html
hippety hoppety, that drone launcher is now my property
lmao its not your property its OUR PROPERTY
@@idothinz4192thank you!
We’re having some trouble with breaking, one of our members snapped it with no issues, any suggestions?

Which servo and servo hub mount are you using ? Also with the servo in place how are you getting the rubber band in between on the backside ?

would you be so kind as to provide a link as to where you acquired those rubber bands😭
idk my team just had a bag full of them in a toolbox
How do I attach the launcher 🤔

how do u load the airplane?
in the front where the giant rectangular hole is, the opposite side to the servo mount
For the second version how do you prevent the plane from falling on accident on the field?
mostly the ziptie thing i talked about
could you provide an assembke guide?
I'll do that when i get my hands on the launcher again
ok thank you@@idothinz4192
what design of paper airplane did you guys use? could u provide with a design

what is the name of the program in which you make models?
it's Onshape
bro, can you tell me how many centimeters each piece is approximately in length, width and height?
Which model are you talking about and have you looked at the step files i gave already?
@@idothinz4192 I'm talking about the latest model, and yes, I looked at the models from the link, but the sizes are not clear there
@@zardi7453 check link again i added a drawing with measurements. lmk if you need more
