There's a ton of cars on that hiway you're on and you are the only one that I give a damn what they are eating.
Maybe you can stop at a fried chicken place and get little packets of honey. I think some brands, like Nate’s, also make little honey packets.
Katie I've followed you for about 4 yrs I know you have a strict diet but try to eat more protein even if you aren't too hungry you are looking thinner and thinner its not aa bad thing but I see the change throughout the years I want to make sure you are healthy ❤
Honestly sunbutter is not bad we use it at the preschool i work at. Nut free school its expensive tho

I'm glad sunflower butter exists! For the longest time I didn't eat nuts or nut butters (no I'm allergic I just have food aversions) and I had sunflower butter almost everyday until I started liking nuts and nut butters again
