- Star Wars Unlimited isn't going to come out until early March, but people are already exploring the gameplay using previewed cards with unofficial mods on Tabletop Simulator!
In this video, we have three games between myself playing Aggression Luke and Yakos using Double Red Sabine in the end-of-season tournament for the Take the Initiative league. Who will win and move on to the top eight? Find out here, featuring three games with commentary!

These experience tokens on your opponent's units are so tiny, they are deceptive. It would be fairer to prevent their use.

I personally do not like the built-in tokens; they are more legible than the dice when the card is highlighted but less legible "at a glance" which is IMO more common.
Would you come back to red luke now that some time has passed?
It was nice to watch all your tournament coverage.
I was testing this matchup with yakos few hours before tournament - and my conclusion was that to win luke need to play restore arc into yoda in first two turns - and it happend in first game ;)
that's why i's playing 30 hp base in my build - but in the end i also finish in 9-16 - so it didn't help
I think at 12:16 the right answer is just open fire to clear the unit and swing Luke into base for 7 putting the opponent in close to check mate. Because 1 more swing with Luke and either the arc or the yoda closes it at that point, conversely even if Luke is defeated Yoda+arc+Kanan=8 damage and puts the opponent on one with that swing in and prevents Sabine from using her ability unless she wants to KO herself. Though benthic is on board still. Didn't end up mattering for the first game.
After watching this game... I think this is a really good red sabine build... but he seems to struggle to play 2 1 drops on turn 1. I feel like Sabine needs that to win.
Personally I often prefer to play one two cost unit rather than two one costs, though for Leia the calculus might be different thanks to her leader ability.
why did kanan die at 8:13? for some reason when you swung into the first spec soldier, you took 3 damage when spec forces are 2/2s
It had an experience token from Medal Ceremony (I do absolutely dislike this mod's way to add the +1/+1 onto the unit cards itself, it's super easy to miss and I much prefer dice)
@@1337Levius ah yea good catch, the dice are so much better than the clicking on the cards
@@1337Levius Both of the main TTS mods now allow you to load with or without the built-in tokens, I personally choose "without" and use the dice instead!
@@TowerNumberNine is this mat on the steam workshop? been looking for it as it’s cleaner than the space/ground picture mat
@@Phfenom It's a different mod, the L8 Night Gaming version -- this game has two mods with similar but somewhat different features. I personally prefer the L8 Night Gaming mod.
