i know it’s been regurgitated by multiple fans already but… the most insane part about how the team looks 3 years in is that Poles is a FORMER O-LINEMAN‼️ like… bro 🫠
All fans should boycott the team don’t watch them on tv,don’t go to games,don’t buy merchandise ,that’s will be the only way we will ever get a good team
Too much media and social media nonsense clouds reality... First of all, there you go. 2022 draft. Drafting defensive backs instead of offensive lineman. And then each consecutive draft, less and less offensive lineman. Offensive lineman was supposed to be his specialty. Let's not forget that. Second, the first overall pick and the DJ Moore trade fell into his lap. It was Carolina that made that deal, not Poles. The reason it fell into his lap, is because we were a terrible team. Worst in the league. And then Caleb Williams fell into our lap because Carolina was The worst team in the league. And then again, he drafts a freaking wide receiver instead of an offensive lineman or defensive lineman. The Bears were supposed to be a better team. Let's not forget how hard they tried for the first 10 games before they started breaking the team down. I can't really give him credit. Anyone could have made that trade. Third, but not last, of course we know this may not be him, but he says it's him... He Hired and kept this coaching staff who couldn't do anything with Justin Field, and now this debacle with Caleb Williams. This whole coaching staff since he has been here has been a debacle. There's definitely more. We can give him a few cherries, but there's more bad than good.
I don’t know if I’d say the trade fell into his lap. There was no guarantee Carolina would be the worst team in the league that next year. But to your point his mistakes are piling up for sure!!!

Wasn't Poles who stopped Harbaugh from becoming the Bears coach. And Poles did not promote part of the problem to be a head coach.
