Quality content, yip always hit the ground and have a reccy at low and put the legwork in and find the dips,weedbeds,drop-offs and when they come alive😉🎣👍
Great content Patrick, Just found you a couple of weeks ago. Really appreciate the information and also really respect how you don’t discuss locations. I’m also south east Ireland maybe we might cross paths one day. I did have a question about this late in the year or deep winter. Are the bass still doing their normal movements. Basically are they still around? This is only my second winter chasing the SeaBass, last year I blanked this time of year until Early March but I’m not blaming the winter I was very new to the area and the challenge. Tight lines and get out there yiewww
Thanks for the video Patrick I am buying a new rod and was looking at the savage gear SG2 20 g to 65g so I can cast light and heavy lures . I dont want to spend a fortune would you think this is a good choice?? Maybe you might recomend some other options ?? Thanks again
Personally I would stick to a rod that is upto 35g. UK anglers tend not to go above 32g lures often. So you will be able to cast soft plastics down to smaller weights. I have been lure fishing many years and lighter is better. More sensitivity and more enjoyable to hold for hours upon end.
Hto nebula cracking rod All the favourite rods good Not a fan of savage gear rods as the expensive model has snapped on my mate twice. I have caught smoothounds on the nebula 35g rod with free lined crab so can honestly tell you the rod is worth every penny
Nice one Patrick keep it coming😊
Brilliant summary and a reminder to me of some things I've noticed over the years.
The stuff you share is so precious mate, thankyou thankyou! Have you done an estuary one of these?
