Thanks very much for the information, please do help me with the cost of living example: house rents( one or two bedroom apartment a month), can one be able to rent an apartment alone because head Norway is very expressive ( for example ) in Dubai just a single empty room and toilet cost 1300$ monthly that's why you can find 6+ people living in a room etc it's hurible

However I think if I was in your shoes, I think I would try and read more about that particular field in Norway, contact recruiting agencies or universities to see how I can get the experiences I need or needed in that field either through work or higher education respectively. Yes you live in Fredrikstad and I know it is difficult to find a job in Norway but do not give up. You get a no at one place try another. Try with in your network as well tell people you know that you need a job or visiting companies with an open CV some jobs may not be advertised. Improve your skills and Stay motivated. Good luck

To work or to study? To study please check the video I made about language/ English requirements for various countries. You may as well check official university websites for updated information. For work, from experience it is Norwegian language that is mainly considered. However some jobs donot require Norwegian. For better integration learning the local language will make your life in Norway easier. Good luck in your studies or work.
