Lovedddd the book
I cried when Sam used Marx line when meeting the new game developers.
This guy is hot. I know it's not the topic of this story, but I feel like it's kinda the subtext. Anyway, awesome book, such a cool author.
Book wasn’t good.
exactly i cried way too much, and dont even talk about the emptiness afterwards reading it :(((
Yeah, it was disappointing. The characters were sooooo unlikeable.
@@knutthompson7879they arent supposed to be likable
@@pregmobrainrot2857 Oh, I get they were scarred and flawed, as we all are to so extent. But Sadie in particular was so unlikeable I had a hard time caring about her as a protagonist. I still read the book and would give it a mixed but on net positive review.
@@knutthompson7879 i agree to an extend, sam is the more sympathetic character in a many ways because there is a lot of focus on his traumatic childhood and disability (and the physical and mental pain that comes with that) but at the end of the book you have spent so much time with these characters that it almost doesnt matter how likable sadie is. i care about her because ive seen her in so many stages of her life
