I also suffered a severe stroke coming 2 years on the 17th August, it was very hard, but my faith in Jesus gas brought me to where I am today. Seek out Christians. The Prophet Elijah at one point said that they have killed all the prophets and GOD said I have preserved 100 prophets. Don't dispare. I put Christian stickers on my car so other Christians can see that they are not alone. Let people know that you are a Christian and you may be surprised about how many Christians there are who have not identified themselves as such.

I was paralyzed in bed last year and I heard Jesus say out loud to me - If you believe in me get up and walk?????? I got up and not only walked but went for a walk outside. Praise God!!!!! GOD IS ALWAYS WORKING!!!!

Two of my children were baptized in a Lutheran church with my cousin a Roman Catholic priest participating which took a "Papal" OK /blessing. I just felt I had to do this. I’m 25 in Indiana & SO blessed to have an old fashioned, God fearing, Bible believing little church. Im grateful I’m able to pass these melodies down to my children. They’re imprinted on my heart alongside His word. I get teary listening to this album on the way to/from dropping kids off at school. I pray they remember our mornings as a peaceful time w the Lord.

I'm 84 raised going to Sunday School wherever we lived & there was a Church close enuf for me & my younger sisters to walk. Any church. Baptized age 11 with myom 1949. As teenager I forgot (but not deep down, raise up a child rite & when he is old he WILL return. And so I have. Baptized this past July 16, 2023, age 83. Have Church Family now. Wonder of my life is that Jesus was ALWAYS with me, whether I knew it or not. Mostly not, forgiven I am & BELIEVE . Might say I had "near death experience" without loosing conscience ! 🌲Whatever wherever however he leads me I'll go. BELIEVE, hold onto your expectancy which IS "HOPE" with FAITH. As Jesus lived when he came at Christmas. Love is a verb. So is forgiveness. 🌲

Love 💕 this collection of glorious hymns. I didn't move from my seat through all the hymns. I sang along with them, remembering a lot of precious memories. There was only three selections that I didn't know all the words to. I am 71 years old and I grew up on these hymns. They are especially comforting when I am having a down day. I put the ear buds in and close out everything else and absorb all the words. So beautiful.
I was 3 years old when I sat down at the old piano and the Lord mercilessly imparted these same Hymns unto me. Lately I have been wondering where they went.Thank God I found them again. WELL GLORY

I was born in Ukraine into a Christian family. This was a time when the church was persecuted. Now that I have lived in the States for nineteen years and listened to these beautiful Christian hymns in English, I understand how much they had in common. I remember many of these melodies from childhood and tears come to my eyes. We are all sons of our heavenly Father!
I did this for my mom who lived with me & had dementia- Alzheimers. It comforted her so much. As she got worse I got her earphones, very light weight child size. This helped her to concentrate be calm for hours☺ I wish more people knew how much music from their early life improves the quality of the elderly with short term memory lost.
Yes l was a caregiver for a 97 year old lady and she love this music .She pass away Dicember 2 2020 but l miss her a lot and when l listen to this himnos l can picture her in Heaven so young joyful and at peace with our Savior and her husband .Glory to God Hallelujah .Thank you Lord Jesus for the hope we Christians have in You .We long for that day to be with You Savior Redeemer and King of Kings.Amen

Oh wow! All the songs we sang in our little church when our family was growing up. There were 12 kids (8 living in the house at anytime). My mother made us all sing at every church get together until finally we were often requested to sing. I learned to play the piano and became the church pianist after my sister married and moved away. Learned saxophone and some guitar. All that to say to those who do those things now: Keep doing it without fail because you really do lose what you what you don’t use. I’ll forever regret that I stopped. It will never be the same after so many years. Stay with it even if you get disheartened!!!

I'm 84 raised going to Sunday School wherever we lived & there was a Church close enuf for me & my younger sisters to walk. Any church. Baptized age 11 with myom 1949. As teenager I forgot (but not deep down, raise up a child rite & when he is old he WILL return. And so I have. Baptized this past July 16, 2023, age 83. Have Church Family now. Wonder of my life is that Jesus was ALWAYS with me, whether I knew it or not. Mostly not, forgiven I am & BELIEVE . Might say I had "near death experience" without loosing conscience ! 🌲Whatever wherever however he leads me I'll go. BELIEVE, hold onto your expectancy which IS "HOPE" with FAITH. As Jesus lived when he came at Christmas. Love is a verb. So is forgiveness. 🌲
Lord I pray whoever hears this gospel songs daily gets healed from all kinds of depression they are going through in Jesus name 🙏

Love 💕 this collection of glorious hymns. I didn't move from my seat through all the hymns. I sang along with them, remembering a lot of precious memories. There was only three selections that I didn't know all the words to. I am 71 years old and I grew up on these hymns. They are especially comforting when I am having a down day. I put the ear buds in and close out everything else and absorb all the words. So beautiful.

Such precious refreshing reminders of the church of Christ when we really reverenced God and took our walk with him seriously. The saints who are washed in the blood of Jesus Christ, carriy a light that the world needs. I grew up in church under these beautiful hymns and accepted Jesus at the age of 9.. and today I can say from my heart, he has never failed me..and I am proud to say, when the roll is called up yonder, I will be there in Jesus name. To God I give the glory for both parents who taught us the word of God, and my dad who has transitioned to his long home, teaching us to have faith of your own. God bless you my parents 🙏

I was born in Ukraine into a Christian family. This was a time when the church was persecuted. Now that I have lived in the States for nineteen years and listened to these beautiful Christian hymns in English, I understand how much they had in common. It is 2:14 in the morning. I have sat in my recliner long enough to hear all this music. I watched the special on tv as Alan was making this album and it was precious to see how much he loves his mother and wanted to do this for her. He loves the Lord and it shows in his music. As I’m lying and listening to the hymns I grew up, the tears flow and I’m thankful for my parents instilling Lord Jesus in me. I am humbled and how I miss the old time religion. It’s like a rock concert now and my heart is burdened and pray for the simplicity of praise to God our savior.

The love of God remains forever.
Oh wow! All the songs we sang in our little church when our family was growing up. There were 12 kids (8 living in the house at anytime). My mother made us all sing at every church get together until finally we were often requested to sing. I learned to play the piano and became the church pianist after my sister married and moved away. Learned saxophone and some guitar. All that to say to those who do those things now: Keep doing it without fail because you really do lose what you what you don’t use. I’ll forever regret that I stopped. It will never be the same after so many years. Stay with it even if you get disheartened!!!
