I like the stronger Frieza gets he goes from "kill all monkeys!" to "hey I wanna spar with you and if you can beat my golden form you can lead my army." If Nappa was around to be Frieza's training partner, he would have been wicked strong by the time they got to earth from all the times Frieza would have almost killed him lol.
