Oh my gosh! I just ordered this paper pad to make an album for my youngest grandson's little league team photo's!!! What a great idea!!!!! Thanks so much Amy!!!
In the past I never watched videos or went to a class. I have discovered that many of your tips I learned through trial and error. Thanks for these videos they are interesting and informative/
I just discovered this video. Love the idea of transforming the bag into an "envelope" by changing the inside of the bag. It is on my list of things to make!
I'm sure you have heard this a million times and I am saying it again " I absolutely love all of your videos that I have found so far " you have the easiest projects I have found to date.i really feel that I can do your projects, some of the other people make it to hard to follow that it kinda scared me to try there videos. Thank you so much for making it easier for me.
Just love this idea!! 3 Grand-babies all in sports and my daughter would love a mini album of each child as a brag book to carry. Gonna make these for myself as well!! Awesome gift idea!! Looking forward to Part 2!! As always you Rock!!
Thank you so much for doing this tutorial. My son's birthday is coming up and was wondering what kind of mini to do for him. Although he's not into sports, he's a budding screenwriter and loves music, but this mini will work with any theme. Thank you Maymay for all you do...rita
Oh...my...gosh!! I was sooo happy to see another album from you! And then ECSTATIC when I saw that you were going to use that punch I sent you!!!! I got it from a friend of mine and I'm not sure where she got it. I'm not sure they make it anymore!! This is turning out sooo beautiful! So excited about part two!! Love, Becca
I'm here again really quick I want you to know that you are amazing, I really have been enjoying your videos. I'm new to your channel and I love it so much. Thanks again for making these albums really quick and simple to do.
Amazing and well though out...as always. 😀 I have totally avoided doing paper bag minis because of the two inner pieces that the tags could get stuck on. Thank you for solving that issue!
thank you for sharing this idea b/c I have been trying to find a way to put some tags I made for my son together but wasn't sure what to use or how to go about it and I think using the bags are perfect. He is going into the Army Basic training for 10 weeks and each week I am decorating a tag with Army theme and writing something on the back. I didn't want to just put them on a ring or scrapbooking album b/c then he couldn't see the backing, so this is perfect. I can then add photos from the graduation on the bags and stick the tags inside the pockets and he can also add any letters he got while in basic training. Wow this is such a great idea and I can't wait to find some bags and get started. Thank you so much for the idea!!!
Another amazing project Maymay :) I already have ideas in mind, and I am ready to get started making a few of these. I'm going to Disney World next summer, and meeting up with a Facebook friend from Florida who's never been. It also happens to be her birthday in June, which is when we'll probably be going. So I'd love to make her one of these little albums in disney theme, for her to put pictures of our vacation.
Please give us an in-depth lesson on the cropodile, I have one and totally forgot how to use it with the eyelet setters. I love this little mini album.
I love me some MayMay... :) you are one of my favorites! I have that same tab punch but it comes apart now so I store it with rubberbands around it... not parting with that thing! they need to bring it back! or someone needs to come out with a new one! Mine still works for now *knock on wood* :) Stamping Up needs to bring their tab punch back, also! Can't wait to make one of these... have sooooo many paper bags in diff colors :) If the cut parts don't reach you could also cut a piece of paper and glue them flappy things to that.. would also make a sturdier pocket! :)
I wish when i was in middle school and took Domestic Economy(?)( Economia Domestics). The class that show you how to bake and stuff, you wear my teacher. That class it I think would be more fun. I love all your projects and you are so natural when you explain thing, that is so easy to follow , even if you say "All of this, will make sence in a moment" XD. Love that paper,I'm a support girl and that package is amazing.
May May I live this. I have a brand new grandson that I will do this for. He's m 1st grandchild. I'm trying to locate RODEO theme paper. Love Love your videos.
Louisa Vevers I have seen templates on line that you can print and trace to cut them. Or you can use punches and just make round or square tabs. I have done that before and it works really well. Hope that helps!
Amy, I love, love LOVE, this mini album!! Did I say how much I love this mini album? LOL I've got ideas running through my head. :) I have a question, though: How do you cut your mat board? I got some scrap mat board cheap & have no idea how to cut it.
I love you albums. I was craving another album from you.😃 I have a question for you about scrap booking and stamping. How does one get started without braking the bank? I mean there is the scissors, punches, folders, cutting mats, trimmers..... Then stamps, ink, paper. I can just picture the horror on my husbands face when I come home with one of everything from Michaels.
I tried this with some Michael's bags that I had in my stash, but the inner flaps, after I cut up the sides, don't reach the middle, so I can't get the same pocket. I'm disappointed, but I'm going to play around and see if I can make it work. Love the idea!
Hi Maymay....I LOVE YOUR journals!!!!!! OH MY GOOOOOOODNESSSSS! ;) They really are nice. I do have a ? about the glue top with pin. I have had other little bottles with the pin but the pin usually get's glued in there at some point and the pin head comes off. Did this ever happen to you? I just sent a fb request to join your page. Blessings!!!
I bought the We R Memory Keepers Glassine Bag kit. I have no idea why. I have enough paper to make about 80 envelopes. I wonder if the strength of the glassine paper is OK for an album?
I love the way your mind works. A brilliant idea of cutting the bag.

Kim Schultz I used my rotary paper cutter. But, I have used my regular cutter before too and just cut it on both sides till the blade got through.
Ok thank you!
