Aw man, well we are wishing you quick healing for your shoulder!!! We are currently in the USA! Unfortunately one of our parents has been sick so we've taken a pause on travel, but we are hoping to get back to it when we can! :)

After just one treatment (of 3 in total- once every week), she felt better already and loosened up and with exercise. Not sure why they do or offer it more readily in North America as it is a common treatment

Tainan is my family’s hometown! Hope you come back one day and stay longer. Food is amazing and shopping for small gifts is fun. Also, check out the Chuan Mei theater’s outside. You can see Yan Jhen-fa’s hand painted film posters. I walked by it for years without realizing it was one guy hand painting entire movie posters for the theatre. One of the last people in Taiwan doing so! I saw him painting a few years back without really knowing what he was painting Also your calligraphy is better than mine! Love Japanese curry in Taiwan. I also like pasta there. It’s not quite the same as Italian pasta but they have their own unique taste and flavor that’s delicious

We did end up staying one extra day because we liked it so much (though we decided not to include it in this video because it was just all food 😂) but next time we will definitely stay longer!!

Unfortunately one of our parents is battling cancer, so we knew we would be taking a travel break for a while and made a huge backlog of Taiwan videos! One change I have noticed from when I was in Taiwan in 1972, is on the subject of public displays of affection. I don't think I ever saw an Asian couple holding hands in public. I saw lots of women and girls holding hands while walking down the street, and it was not uncommon to see a young man with his arm over his male friend's shoulder while walking, but I don't think I ever saw any of the local population doing that. That said, I have seen local couples holding hands and such on several occasions in your videos. Seems there has been a lot of blending of cultures since I lived there.

Yes!! We ended up filming a lot in Taiwan because we knew we were going to have to take a break from traveling for a while for a sick relative. So we made a huge backlog! That and Taiwan does not have nearly as many videos about it so we wanted to cover it well! :D We actually left Taiwan back in May, and unfortunately I think this will be the last of our Taiwan videos for now!

Hi there!! I had been interested pre-covid as a potential destination from Japan - I had heard it was a friendly country with a lot of beautiful sights and culture! We did not make it back in 2019, but we later made friends who lived in Hualien for a while and they highly recommended a visit to Taiwan and knew we wanted to go the next time we were in Asia!! We absolutely loved it too! Unfortunately we have been in the USA since May this year! One of our parents has been fighting cancer, so we've been spending time back. as a taiwanese, just curious what is the reason that you choose taiwan as a travelling destination? (or, what information that make you decided to visit taiwan ),since taiwan is not so famous or popular in the world. it should be a good experience to travel around the world , which country are you travelling now? just found some video about Italy, I miss my travel time there, will see the video later, thanks for these high quality videos, have a nice trip..❤🎉
Hi there!! I had been interested pre-covid as a potential destination from Japan - I had heard it was a friendly country with a lot of beautiful sights and culture! We did not make it back in 2019, but we later made friends who lived in Hualien for a while and they highly recommended a visit to Taiwan and knew we wanted to go the next time we were in Asia!! We absolutely loved it too!
Unfortunately we have been in the USA since May this year! One of our parents has been fighting cancer, so we've been spending time back. Hopefully we will resume our travels soon.
Do you travel a lot too? Where are you from??

thanks for the reply , I am from HsinChu which is about 90 KM away from Taipei, I like travelling,too. especially Europe (but only 2 weeks every trip, since it's hard to have a long vacation) ,I also had a business trip to U.S. (Austin, Texas) a very long time ago, it was my first time go abroad and it was a good experience,hope I can visit U.S. again someday. Hope all is well with you and your family

Hi! I am unfortunately not sure. I think someone using a wheelchair could get on to the main grounds, but I don’t remember anything but stairs for parts of the fort.

@@IfWeGoTo Made in Tainan using fresh beef that has not been frozen on the same day, it has a completely different taste from ordinary beef noodle soup. Almost everyone who has tasted it will praise it.That's why I say it's a pity😘
