Place a mine near the common task like admin swipe or place a mine near the emergency and call a meeting, when the meeting dispersed , there is a possibility of someone standing right on it.
Third one, I think you did this one, call a sabotage and place mines near the fixing areas
Think of common spots for people to stand on. Lastly, place a mine near a stack of people
