love this show - I just learned about them - I certainly appreciate the versatility - the first song I heard and liked was on UNH radio -Heaven Sent - and picking and pulling songs here and there - my favorite one is the harder core side of what I've heard as in, Day is done - rock on- hard not bleak, like that!
It's just pathetic people with no talent who hate on bands like this. They need to vent their frustration with life and the fact that they'll never create anything that's remembered.
It really fits Best Coast being a four piece band. In my mind I Wanna Know is the best i've heard from them since the debut album. I'm hoping for a full album in the near future!!
+Wisconsin222 Cool ... yeah and even before they had a bass player their music still sounded good...... if they come to Connecticut I wont miss the show
@@ollijokinen1571 I donno, Juice. There's just something about it. Lol I made that comment 4 years ago and didn't even remember this video, but I just re-watched it, and I stand by the original comment. I think its something about the power chord heavy rhythm guitar and the style of drumming. And the bass... So really its just the lead guitar that doesn't sound anything like Green Day to me. And to be clear, I'm talking early 90's Kerplunk era Green Day. I'm no expert in music or anything and could be completely wrong, but what I'm saying just feels right, ya know?
I wonder if she gets bored of playing bar chords all the time. Isn't she curious to expand her playing? maybe not. :/ she's cool though, I enjoy the voice
It could be just coincidence. It's not like the chorus of Jumper is all that innovative with the way Stephan sings it. Anyone could potentially sing like that.
The first album was very promising, but two records later it feels like more of the same... It's a shame they're still counting on simple chords and literal lyrics...
Not quite. Other than the similar sounding refrain, the rest of the song sounds nothing like Jumper. And even the chorus could just be coincidence. It's not like the chorus of Jumper is all that innovative with the way Stephan sings it. Anyone could potentially sing like that.
I absolutely LOVE this band. Still listening like 10 years later!
Have been listening to their music most of my life lol ❤😊
What a wonderful songwriter, she covers the range of love, high and low, love!
A band who lifted my spirits as an early parent, nice pop love songs with a band that can deliver,
what more can a listener want? Fun.

This new EP is great! Don't hate on it folks!
Why so much hate? This band is solid. Don't like it...then don't watch...

Krist Novoselic on drums!
her voice is amazing
I love this fucking band so much!!!
p.s. I can relate to her "literal" lyrics man, youthful feelings of love and pain, she knows a lot of us can relate :)
amazing session. great audio production
Great music from Best Coast! I love Bobb and Bethany!!
You guys have the best live performances :)
It really fits Best Coast being a four piece band. In my mind I Wanna Know is the best i've heard from them since the debut album. I'm hoping for a full album in the near future!!
best coast is the most
I need some "vocal harmonizing".- Otherwise - Awesome !
Host: David Spade

Teenage Fan Club:):)
Edward Norton on drums

Very Cool.
the critics kill me... sounds good to me
+Old Man D Yeah I saw them one day on Nick Harcourt's Guitar Center Sessions and was like Whoa they are good
+Wisconsin222 Cool ... yeah and even before they had a bass player their music still sounded good...... if they come to Connecticut I wont miss the show
обожаю группу и Бетани
shoot they're pretty good
Cool band.
Is best coast officially 4 members.
I could have sworn this band had a good rep. wow it's amazing that this band matures but their audience doesn't.
Tanya Donelly would be proud.
Great
God just let them play, dork!
anyone know what ride cymbal the drummers using?
+Emmett Connaire sounds like a Zildjian Sweet ride
+Kang it is a sabian of sorts
Reminds me of old school Green Day, but with a female singer
Steve Townsley really, what album/s?
How does this remind you of Green Day off all things lol

@@ThePumpkinToad Yeah I gotcha man
squaddd
Is the lead guitar in open tuning for the second song?
She was released a couple years back. No official reason. Who knows.
Китаец красава!!!!
tsb
The girl drummer? -.-
The first song reminds me of 3rd eye blinds jumper
*Third Eye Blind
"it's band requirement, we're really into b's", cute :)
I feel like she doesn't sound as good live, her voice on the record sounds high pitched and softer.
they use "fulling" effects and reverb a lot on the record
I wonder if she gets bored of playing bar chords all the time. Isn't she curious to expand her playing? maybe not. :/ she's cool though, I enjoy the voice
+Karla sheryniele well if you have Bob Bruno as your lead why play more complicated lines
el bajista...
Yeah umm it's like that on purpose.
You're only cool if you play drinking games.
Hahahh clearly bit 3rd Eye Blind on that 1st song chorus. it's obvious.
*Third Eye Blind

This is how shoegazing should sound - it's as much about tunes and melody than noise and reverb
How is this a rip off of Jumper?
When u r hipster 😐lml
The wrong in not the cool way

First song is a Rip off of third eye blind- jumper

The name is equally as lame...
Hating when you’ll never make anything great
