I love the humor in this! A simple thing, yet so overlooked! Glad you delivered this in a funny yet professional way without needing all the fancy stuff. Great Video!
Warm water is the best, hot water is bad and coldwater doesnt remove stains the best. Thats what ive learned over years and always use soft side of the sponge and dish liquid(powders are not good cause it could damage it) 🔥
Pretty sure hot water can affect the materials in your mousepad adversely and wear away the grip that your mousepad uses to stay on the desk. I think it'll take multiple wash throughs in hot water to see any damage but just avoid using hot water. This is just info I got from searching online when I was washing my mousepad.
Idk what I’m doing wrong but when the mousepad dries after washing process same white dirty spots appears again while I’m 100% sure that I’ve scrubbed that specific spot very good but not super hard to damage it.. any fix for this or am I missing something?
@@Wale_8 sometimes some of the spots require more scrubbing, but even in my mousepad some of the dirt spots haven't gone away. Do what you can but sometimes the dirt is really stubborn
A towel won't be able to get out as much dirt as a sponge or finer cleaning material would. You could use an old toothbrush which would probably work better :)
@@lilpingpeep9939 yeah which means you clearly didn't wash it properly. I legit did mine in the morning with this method. I'd say it was really effective and worked for me instantly. i think what's important was leaving it soaked for 30mins like he says in the vid. I followed everything with my main pad and was squeaky clean. While my keyboard pad i rushed it i skipped the soaking bit. which lead to having some dust or at the corner. I reckon try another attempt but focus on soaking it after you cleaned it with the sponge. :)
Bro honestly I just shower with my mouse pad. Works 10/10 😂😂

Could also cause the stiching and glue to come apart between the layers of the mousepad
had mine for like eleven years I need to clean mine badly, thanks!
very useful after I spilled some caramel yoghurt thingy on it and choked on soda water and spat 96% of the water I drank on it

Same
Bro I scrubbed my 🏀 and my mouse pad and they both came out good appreciate you
Nice work 10/10
Step 0 - buy a new mouse pad 🙂🙂
Why not under direct sunlight?
Cause it may damage it,mousepad doesnt like heat.
@burkielol ah I see thanks
@@KShauryaDwivedi i put the 1-2 towels above it and then i spread it on sun so the towel protects from direct sun touch and heat! 🔥
@@burkielol nice, will try that
Where i live, it's only hot water and extremely hot and sunny days.
What shall i do?
I can't find a sponge so Is it okay to use a towel or something?
