Across FET and one more thing, in the same video, can we calculate RCD valiae in a systematic manner like how much reflected vol.,about FET rating, leakage inductance,Coss and all that,then calculate R and C value.

You have actually two snubers, the other's at the inductive load, which actually is part of the converter.
Do you have any video on ....How to design Snubber circuit for RELAY ? or how to protect RELAY Contacts ?

What about sinking voltage, how we can remove because I have a 220v relay coil connected and get active without switching triac....any solution

For this application better to use zener diode or diode instead of RC snubber, because your application is under low voltage DC.
