Hi, I have a MC1648DLS motor controller and my Q1 MOSFET fried. Id like to replace it using your video. The fried MOSFET that's currently on the board now has writing on the side but, it's generic information with no information on Google . JCT4251 is stamped on the MOSFET. Do you by any chance have a good part number or information on buying a new one from my nearest store?

im using same number try to get from old board it will work also check the motor if the motor is short or heated it will damage the mosfet agian
