IF YOU BUILD THIS MODEL FROM THIS TUTORIAL, PLEASE POST A LINK TO A PICTURE IN THE COMMENTS I WANT TO SEE HOW IT TURNED OUT.
Ok, so I know the video can be difficult to follow, and I'm sorry for that. I have no stand for my camera, so I literally used this Lego set (www.brickguidebook.com/general...) to hold the camera up. This isn't the easiest tutorial to follow, but I feel it is EASY ENOUGH to follow and get most of it right. From what I've reviewed none of the overly important parts are blocked.
As for the set's color and part choice. Some parts could be replaced with a larger part I did not have, and the colors could have been more accurate so feel free to change it up a little.

I cannot stress my appreciation for your removal of the side "wings" in Wheatley mode, so few designs seem to take this into account.
Also, great idea to have a loop at the top
Thanks! The loop was kind of a necessity for using the hook. Originally, it was connected to a square bracket made of legos, which went around a PVC pipe stand. This worked for a while, but the stand broke while the model broke, and when I finally fixed it and made the video it needed somewhere else to hand.
For the side wings in Wheatley mode, I am so glad you appreciate it as much as I do. One model I saw didn't shrink the GLaDOS body for Wheatley and it looked really weird, so I wanted to fix it. Also I was simply a very picky builder when I made this model and wanted to be as accurate as possible.
Ok, i have to start saving money for that masterpiece.

I really wish Lego would make official Portal Lego sets. It would be so cool if there was a build your own test chamber set where you use the bricks to make your own puzzle

Well, in Portal 1 after being killed, GLaDOS was torn apart, and all the pieces began levitating. eventually everything, including GLaDOS herself is pulled up, before Chell begins floating up too. So, I think if it pulled a Portal 1 I would have bigger problems on my hands

Thanks! No problem on uploading. I had planned to make one for a while and never got around to it until now. As for submitting it to Lego ideas, I feel that after making a GLaDOS in Lego Dimensions that Lego wouldn't be open to accept another one, and also mine could be a lot better. After I make some improvements I may upload it there eventually and see what happens. :)
GLaDOS on the other hand is amazing she controls the whole facility now

Having the Lego GLaDOS pulling a portal 1 isn't that much of a problem if you A: Glue it together. Or B: Attach a morality core so GLaDOS wont flood your room with a deadly neurotoxin. or C: both

It has been hanging since I put it on the roof when I made this video and it has still not fallen. Perhaps it is safer than I give it credit for.

A drastically improved version (visually speaking) is roughly 90% complete. Knowing me though, it will likely be a while until a video / tutorial. There's also some finicky bits I want to strengthen / thin up.
some time ago, i built also built a lego glados, though much mor scuffed in terms of being lore accurate and colour-wise, it actually had a movable eye, and was a bit bigger, but this one is much cooler, since you can put wheat on there

I'll look into it. Buying the parts on bricklink would probably be cheaper than buying it from me, but if you really want to I could see if it would be feasible to throw together.

and just a suggestion, for GLaDOS's "eye", I would use a clear yellow brick.

I don't have one on hand, but the video should be clear enough you can pause and figure out what pieces you need.

I tried to keep in touch, but he naturally blocked me out because, to him, I was just another one of them. In time, I distanced myself from the family too because I saw the horror they had inflicted upon him and I wanted no part in that. In the end, it really doesn't matter because last week, he was killed during WWII.

Question for anyone that can I know a lot of pieces by name like 2x2s and 2x2 plates but that's about were my knowledge ends so can someone help with a piece list of a guide that tells you what pieces are called
Every Lego GLaDOS I remember seeing so far looks better than the official Lego Dimensions one.
It's a pretty low bar to beat in my opinion. Also the scale makes the lego dimensions one so freakishly large. I won't say its a bad model, but I do have some decisions I disagree with in its construction.

How did you make Wheatley
You use the same core design as Duckpondanimations, also aren’t there four personality cores before one falls off
Core designs are similar but not exact. There are only so many ways to build a ball after all lol. As for the fourth core, mine does not have a port for a fourth core because it was based on the Portal 2 design where the 4th port isn't utilized. In the event I build a portal 1 lego GLaDOS I will almost certainly give it the four ports.
Does it come with the *neurotoxin* ?

GLaDoS has her eye slightly over to the right (her pov) still better job than I did with my Lego one. My wheatly core is terrible

I have no idea unfortunately. I acquired each piece over the years just by getting random sets.

I might be able to make steps to convert this model to a Portal 1 glados, since the two are so similar. I'll give it some thought and see what I can come up with.

One thing that annoyed me was that one of the levers was bent a little bit

It might, but I would suggest the bricklink designer. In my opinion it has a better user interface that the LDD, but I'm sure each has its benefits.

What was the most Annoying part?
The most annoying part was the connection between the topmost "wheel section" and the lower body. There is a better way to position that ratchet joint piece, but it looks awful. So trying to find a way to position it that balanced appearance and functionality was difficult.

This is actually not a Lego set. No instructions were involved, just various taking it apart and rebuilding until I liked the finished product.
