- This is a recreation of Michael de Santa's Mansion in the game, GTAV. This is not 100% accurate but I tried to be as close as possible to the original. Hi Friends! I'm finally back with another speedbuild and this is what I've been working on for the last month. I recreated Michael de Santa's mansion in GTAV here in The Sims 4. This is not 100% accurate but I tried to be as close as possible to the original. All of the art/photos are created by my simself and won't be tagged as CC/modded. Special thanks to DmitriySim and simchicxo for their amazing sim recreation of the De Santa family.

@@johnecheveria3112 The gallery link and the tray files are on the description box. For tray files, download them and place it on the tray folder under documents-electronic arts -the sims 4. Launch the game and you will find it on your library. Hope this helps.

Yes, I did notice the glitch in the kitchen area as I did merge the counters and cabinets which was the cause. Anyway, thank you so much for watching my content.
I was building Michael's mansion and I need more info, so I googled Michael's mansion interior and I saw your video........ Now I just turned off the computer. There's already a PERFECT De Santa mansion in Sims world!!! What an incredible job!!

the room u can't go into in gta is actually another bathroom with a shower, sometimes u can hear jimmy in there singing in the shower

Thank you so much! I used an item called “stoney goodness slab” that’s included with the spa day pack to underwater steps. The circle stone is an enlarged “koan fountain” from base game. Hope that helps you.

They are actually painted as "reference drawings" thru in game. It's a clever way to place any image you want in a build but won't flagged it as cc when uploading to the gallery.

Hi, this is amazing! How do you film the build like that? With those camera angles?
Thank you so much Simily! I film my videos using stop-motion style. The basic idea of it is using pictures to create the illusion of moving. If you’re interested in learning, you can search in youtube stop motion tutorials in sims 4. Hope that helps you 😊

Pretty much identical to De Santa's mansion from GTA V, awesome! I want to download it to my game, but unfortunately it keeps giving me an error: "failed to compute cost". I've tried downloading it unfurnished and furnished, tried different lots etc. I've also put the trayfiles in the correct folder, so I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks so much! I let my sim paint these in-game. There's a certain method to get cc pictures to be painted in a way that they will not flagged as cc. Unfortunately, ea "fixed" this workaround.

yes I did play test it. Unfortunately the stove area in the kitchen is inaccessible because of the walls around it. Other than that, pretty much everything else is accessible.

It really is! but unfortunately it won't work anymore as the recent patch "fixed" it. The paintings you will make after you update the game will now flag it as cc. but all the paintings made beforehand won't be affected.

I think the Indian simmer completely stole your idea for this, it’s so blatant. There’s so many gta builds out there and hers is identical to yours. I usually wouldn’t say anything but the least she could do is credit you if she’s taken inspiration from your work, especially cause she’s got a bigger fan base
I watched both the videos and I agree that they're a bit identical to an extent, but I wouldn't say they are exact copies of each other. To be honest, they are a lot different when it comes to the exterior. But then again, they're both recreating the same house, so some things happen to be similar. Just my opinion.
