Thank you for recording this. I live in the Tricities area. I have lived in Spokane, and I have family that lives in Spokane. I know that drugs and homelessness and violence and theft are out of control. This population of the above mentioned is given bus tickets to Spokane upon release from jail. Spokane does need transparency and accountability. I'm fascinated that Medical Lake took a stand for this community. I believe this is a role model for how we move forward in our cities. ❤
Contracts vs Bait and Switch. Communities may be forced to aid homeless or you will see changes in the positions of government. It's the way; Austin, Forth Worth, Dallas has been altered. Watch your schools, because they use them to change to their world for tomorrow by small teachings to students. Watch what money does, especially if pressure is used. Expect insiders to arise, possibly already there, you are going into a war, where phycology is the primary tool. You will NEED to get surrounding areas of your community informed and be informed and watch for the same things coming. Once you give in, it will never be given back without a fight.
