No,on the contrary it tastes better than the other oils put,plus it's good for health n heart I use only mustard oil for non veg provided you heat the oil till it smokes to remove the pungent smell n taste,n I use til oil for vegetables n cow ghee made at home for rotis,pulao n dal tadka 👍🌹😊
Why do you use mustard oil in every dish you upload? Doesn't that give a pungent and peculiar smell in comparison to other cooking mediums? If at all mustard oil is used by the cooks, then don't they burn the oil with water and garlic to remove the oil's pungency? Is this not advisable to add dry mango powder when boiling the legume, or perhaps add lemon/lime juice when you mix the legume into the meat to reduce the bland taste and enhance the flavors? Please respond. Thanks
I don't understand why everyone do this. Put one tablespoon then other and another. Then one bite than another or if it is paratha squish it with your hand. Why not just start with th recipes.
