Good show. I will say as someone who has played yakuza but not like a dragon im having a blast. Plus idk if anybody gonna be able to play TWO yakuza titles back to back like that 😅 plenty of summary vids online. Maybe some emotional elements will br lost but the writing is so good those moments still hit for me.
The ps3 was the first system to push full HD because it came out the gate with an HDMI port....The ps3 was the first to have a camera with the eyetoy.... hell PlayStation was the first controller to have dual analog sticks.

Personally, I don't see the problem. The majority of gamers who have Xbox's and Playstations don't care about exclusives. They buy them for multi-plats and stay because of their ecosystems and digital libraries. Nintendo is the ONLY platform where people buy the consoles and handhelds for the exclusives primarily.
I picked up my Xbox 10 months ago, and I hardly own any exclusives, and I don't care. I bought it for game pass, its ecosystem, and backwards compatibility.
You also have to remember why this is potentially happening in the first place. It's because Xbox fans have been conditioned not to buy games since game pass was first introduced. These games are not selling on Xbox, and Microsoft needs to make money. Especially now when making AAA games costs more than ever.
If you bought the Xbox primarily for its exclusives, then you've should've jumped ship years ago tbh. Microsoft isn't playing by the old rules anymore and hasn't been for years now. If the exclusives go away, then literally nothing changes for most people. Nobody who's been on Xbox since at least the Xbox One is going to jump ship and leave behind the ecosystem and their digital library that they've been building for at least 10 years.
That's not true in the slightest. Real gamers have always made their console purchase choices based on a console's exclusive library, historically. Unless it's a situation like mine where I purchase both consoles. You buy a SNES for Super Mario, you buy a Sega Genesis for Sonic. Only a casual console gamer doesn't care about exclusives.
Also, lots of people will actually yeet XBOX after this. As somebody who has purchased every XBOX system and has an extensive library and backlog, I will never buy another XBOX console again. Unless, of course, they hit us with some monumental exclusives.

I loved the segment where they were talking about how more games shouldn’t be locked on PS5 as if porting them to Xbox does a thing 😂 For Persona 3 doing good, those were PC players shown…we still haven’t seen Xbox or PS sales. Which I’m sure were probably the most on PS5/4. Final Fantasy 16 sold great and is only not on PC since they are trying to optimize it…another game that wouldn’t have sold on Xbox. Forspoken didn’t sell well because of all the hate it got and it came to PC too. Now you got a bunch of people all of a sudden saying it’s a great game.

It's not a game for game trade. The trade is xbox games for access to a larger player base on ps/nintendo.
Xbox did this to themselves. Couldn't compete under the traditional model. So they pivot to gp. Gp cannibalizes sales of games on their platform so now they don't sell consoles and can't sell as many games.
They thought gp would grow much faster and garner growth in console sales but it hasn't done either. They thought the value of the series S would help close the console sales gap and it hasnt.
