I often hear that Tom regurgitates the same political themes and people are tired of it, but I think each one of these songs hits the audience differently, and new people get it on each song he releases. I love this song!! ❤#HOG ❤
Fun story with this one. Tom and Adam had actually already wrapped up the brave 2 album - They were just waiting on dax's verse for black and white. When Dax finally sent it over - It was like 36 lines in comparison to Tom and Adam's 16 (something like that anyway). And it was so dope, Tom and Adam decided they just had to rewrite their verses. And they did. But in the end they decided that they wanted to let Dax's verse shine, And so they just added to their original verses.... The rewritten verses turned out to be this song. That's why Tom's double time flow is the same as in black and white, you can even hear the spot where it breaks and he would have taken a breath. I'm glad this song made it onto the album because it's really amazing.
Im late to your reaction but i always love watching you. You teach more about what's going on in this world than i learn on the news. I love hearing your views on this country and couldnt agree with you more. My daughter is 14 and goes to a predominantly hispanic school. She has so many Hispanic friends who never judge her for her race. Racism is taught and ive always told her this country is so beautiful bc there are so many different cultures and being open to learning different cultures is actually really fun. You sir are absolutely amazing and thank you for spreading your knowledge! #HOG4LIFE

This was the second song I heard from Tom after "The System". Made me realize that this guy was truly different.
