Hey! I literally just stumbled onto your video and channel! I’m a registered clinical psychologist- here’s the scoop with heart flutters. Many people have heart palpitations along with anxiety. Anxiety sets off the body’s “fight or flight” response as part of the autonomic nervous system (ANS). When you feel uneasy about a situation, your ANS kicks in, increasing your heart rate. It’s super important to breathe in really deeply, hold it for 7 seconds, and then exhale for 8 seconds. Hold, and then do it again 4 or 5 times. This will calm your nervous system and get your heart beating normally again! ❤
@@purplehazee90 Hi! Such a fair question, hahaha. I normally remove it when cooking in the oven for extended periods of time, but when I’m using the stove for a few minutes, I keep an eye on it but leave it up. I haven’t had a problem since, but it depends on your stove / oven for sure!
Hi Camila I just happened to watch your video and you spoke about the fluttering you were feeling in your chest I experienced the same thing . I saw a cardiologist that ran some test and diagnosed me with Atrial fibrillation ….

Camila, does the pear frame art get any damage from being near the burner? I love the way it looks, but I'm scared I'm going to set it on fire lol
