‘Raghupati Raghav' Row: Islamic Body Calls For Ban On Bhajans, Surya Namaskars in J&K Schools

- Muttahida Majlis-e-Ulema (MMU), an umbrella organisation of around 30 Islamic religious and educational bodies in J&K, has called for the ban on bhajans and surya namaskars in schools, claiming that it is hurting the religious sentiments of the Muslim community. The remarks come in wake of a viral video from J&K which showed a bunch of school kids in Kulgam singing a bhajan ‘Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram’.

That's what separates sanatan dharma from other religions...we have vegetarianism, yoga, meditation, Ayurveda etc...thats why it cannot be compared to other abrahamic religions..

Ishwar Allah tero naam sabko sammati de bhagwaan....only Sanatanis can accept such kind of thinking that Ishwar and Allah are same but the Muslims can't because they consider their religion as the Supreme one and Allah cannot be Ishwar ..this type of thinking is the root of all conflicts.
