- On today's Prime Time, Ravish Kumar reviews the arguments of parliamentarians from different political parties over the bill proposing reservation towards economically weak among those sections of the population that do not fall under any categories of reservation quotas. Later on the show, activist and politican Yogendra Yadav talks about what he thinks are the flaws in the quota bill and why he thinks it won't necessarily benefit the poor among the upper castes.
The quota bill to ensure a 10 per cent quota in jobs and education for the general category candidates who are economically deprived, was passed by the Lok Sabha today with a huge majority. (Audio in Hindi)

मैं गरीब सवर्ण हूं ,आर्थिक आधार 10% पर आरक्षण सराहनीय हैं पर जो 8 लाख कि सीमा रखी गयी हैं वो और कम होनी चाहिए लगभग 2 से 3 लाख ताकि सच मैं इसका लाभ गरीब सवर्ण को ही मिले ,वरना जैसे sc or st आरक्षण का लाभ चन्द लोग ले लेते हैं और गरीब sc or st वाले को कोई फायदा नी मिलता , ऐसा हाल हो जायगा सवर्ण आरक्षण का भी 🙏🙏जय हिन्द🇮🇳🇮🇳

सत्तर वर्ष से गणतन्त्र है। गणतन्त्र का अर्थ है- गनतन्त्र = बंदूकतन्त्र, गुण्डातन्त्र = गुण्डाराज, जुआँतन्त्र = चुनाव लडऩा अर्थात् दाँव लगाना, पार्टीतन्त्र = दलतन्त्र, तानाशाहीतन्त्र, परिवारतन्त्र = वंशतन्त्र, गठबन्धन सरकार = दल-दलतन्त्र = कीचड़तन्त्र, गुट्टतन्त्र, धर्मनिरपेक्षतन्त्र = अधर्मतन्त्र, सिद्धान्तहीनतन्त्र, आरक्षणतन्त्र = अन्यायतन्त्र, अवैध पँूजीतन्त्र = अवैध उद्योगतन्त्र, अवैध व्यापारतन्त्र, अवैध व्यवसायतन्त्र, हवाला तन्त्र अर्थात् तस्करतन्त्र-माफियातन्त्र; फिक्सतन्त्र, जुमलातन्त्र, विज्ञापनतन्त्र, प्रचारतन्त्र, अफवाहतन्त्र, झूठतन्त्र, लूटतन्त्र, वोटबैंकतन्त्र, भीड़तन्त्र, भेड़तन्त्र, भाड़ातन्त्र, भड़ुवातन्त्र, गोहत्यातन्त्र, घोटालातन्त्र, दंगातन्त्र, जड़पूजातन्त्र (मूर्ति व कब्र पूजा को प्रोत्साहित करने वाला शासन) अर्थात् राष्ट्रविनाशकतन्त्र। गणतन्त्र को लोकतन्त्र कहना अन्धपरम्परा और भेड़चाल है। अज्ञानता और मूर्खता की पराकाष्ठा है। बाल बुद्धि का मिथ्या प्रलाप है।
निर्दलीय हो या किसी पार्टी का- जो व्यक्ति नामांकन, जमानत राशि, चुनाव चिह्न और चुनाव प्रचार से नेता / जनप्रतिनिधि (ग्राम प्रधान, पार्षद, जिला पंचायत सदस्य, मेयर, ब्लॉक प्रमुख, विधायक, सांसद, मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री, प्रधानमंत्री आदि) बनेगा। उसका जुआरी, बेईमान, कामचोर, पक्षपाती, विश्वासघाती, दलबदलू, अविद्वान्, असभ्य, अशिष्ट, अहंकारी, अपराधी, जड़पूजक (मूर्ति और कब्र पूजा करने वाला) तथा देशद्रोही होना सुनिश्चित है। इसलिये ग्राम प्रधान से लेकर प्रधानमन्त्री तक सभी भ्रष्ट हैं। अपवाद की संभावना बहुत कम या नहीं के बराबर हो सकती है। यही कारण है कि देश की सभी राजनैतिक, आर्थिक, सामरिक, भौगोलिक, धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक, सामाजिक, भाषायी और प्रान्तीय समस्यायें बढ़ती जा रही हैं। सभी राष्ट्रीय एवं क्षेत्रीय राजनैतिक दल देश को बर्बाद कर रहे हैं। राष्ट्रहित में इन राजनैतिक दलों का नामोनिशान मिटना / मिटाना अत्यन्त आवश्यक है।
विदेशी चुनाव पद्धति के कारण भारत निर्वाचन आयोग अपराधियों का जन्मदाता और पोषक बना हुआ है। इसलिये वर्तमान में इसे भारत विनाशक आयोग कहना अधिक उचित होगा। जब चुनाव में नामांकन प्रणाली समाप्त हो जायेगा तब इसे भारत निर्माण आयोग कहेंगे। यह हमारे देश का सबसे बड़ा जुआंघर है, जहाँ चुनाव लडऩे के लिये नामांकन करवाकर निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार और राजनैतिक दल करोड़ो-अरबों रुपये का दाँव लगाते हैं। यह चुनाव आयोग हमारे देश का एकमात्र ऐसा जुआंघर है, जो जुआरियों (चुनाव लड़कर जीतने वालों) को प्रमाण पत्र देता है।
Slab of 8 lacs is too much. Majority of even general category earn well below it. So, its difficult to say that real general poor people will be benefitted.

50% total reservations already existed for SC,ST'S,OBC AND Reserved ones.This was not enough and there is again 10% reservation....

mass majority in this country lives in small towns and villages. They have poor accessibility and live near the poverty line. People living in cities would not understand this. Reservation is indeed necessary for ST, OBC and SC which cannot be removed. And now by adding 10% to unreserved class is a good decision. We need to wait for a good strategy to be implemented by which people only who are poor and unemployed are benefited.

GENERAL CATEGORY means all candidates scoring above unrelaxed cut-off irrespective of their caste. Hence the current economic reservation cannot be termed as reservation for general. It is reservation for earlier unreserved castes.
I do agree with Yogendra ji that 8 lac or 5 acre this criterion is not correct it must be lower 2.5 lac year..

1. All govt.s want efficiency in work. How can there b efficiency when a more efficient person is jumped over by far less efficient person due to reservation ?? How can there b an atmosphere of utmost deliverance when there will no recognition??
2. Even after reservation thousands of seats across technical and medical institutions remain vacant every year wasting chores of public money? There's no problem if reserved people are granted good scholarships, remedial classes but compromise on grades?? Do u think an SC/ST/OBC student can be a better doctor / engineer by securing 35% marks where UR students r finding it difficult gaining those seats even after scoring 98% marks ??
3. U yourself showed that 20% UR people create 80% of the teachers / professors/doctors/ engineers even without reservation. Why can't your reserved categories rise there with the boon of reservation???
4. If u preach and support reservation so vigorously then why don't u agree to condition that " reserved category teachers will teach only reserved category students and UR to URs only"??
Then u'll say "no" because quality can't b generated through reservation ......
5. Thank god private sector doesn't have reservation because they can't risk their hard earned money on less quality people. Efficiency is valued in private sector that's why private sector employs very few reserved ones.
6. Now I give u a real example of reservation and show that India can never prosper if this slow poison of reservation is not neutralized soon.
A govt. job is open. Vacancy= 100, UR- 50, SC- 17, ST- 20, OBC- 13.
Exam full marks - 100
Result
UR minimum qualifying marks- 75
SC " " " ...............- 45
ST .................... .- 35
OBC ..................- 40
UR ----- all filled up
SC - 17 (7 candidates have failed in interview/ technical evaluation, yet selected)
ST- 20 (12 candidates have failed in interview/ technical evaluation, yet selected)
OBC- 8. (Since only 8 candidates got minimum qualifying marks, all selected)
AND, WITH TIME ALL THESE LOW QUALITY STUDENTS WILL FORM THE HIGHER RANKS OF OFFICE THUS MAKING WHOLE OFFICE A VIRTUAL "DUSTBIN"

There should be no reservation for any caste or class if efficiency is to be achieved and India wants to become Vishvguru. At the most it can be confined to routine clerical jobs where no expert knowledge is required. Can you expect a scientist selected without merit to launch a space shuttle on the moon! He may create a disaster. Similar is the case in respect of medical and other technical fields. Countries like UK, France, Germany, USA, Russia, China, Australia are leading because they don’t provide reservation in jobs on the basis of caste or class.
us have no reservations but they too couldn't land on moon and faked the whole Apollo missions

1st time in recent time I actually saw Mr.Ravish talking positively about NDA govt's any decision.The problem with job exams results not being followed is the persons who didn't qualiry get a stay from a court.2nd there is a paper leak allegations , sometimes true sometimes false but it results in exam getting cancelled.If exams get cancelled journalist blame Govt , if Govt does not cancel the exams they still blame the Govt.Job creation in today's world of automation certainly will not happen in same rate as population growth.There has to be self employment opportunities otherwise there will be addition of crores every year without any income.

सत्तर वर्ष से गणतन्त्र है। गणतन्त्र का अर्थ है- गनतन्त्र = बंदूकतन्त्र, गुण्डातन्त्र = गुण्डाराज, जुआँतन्त्र = चुनाव लडऩा अर्थात् दाँव लगाना, पार्टीतन्त्र = दलतन्त्र, तानाशाहीतन्त्र, परिवारतन्त्र = वंशतन्त्र, गठबन्धन सरकार = दल-दलतन्त्र = कीचड़तन्त्र, गुट्टतन्त्र, धर्मनिरपेक्षतन्त्र = अधर्मतन्त्र, सिद्धान्तहीनतन्त्र, आरक्षणतन्त्र = अन्यायतन्त्र, अवैध पँूजीतन्त्र = अवैध उद्योगतन्त्र, अवैध व्यापारतन्त्र, अवैध व्यवसायतन्त्र, हवाला तन्त्र अर्थात् तस्करतन्त्र-माफियातन्त्र; फिक्सतन्त्र, जुमलातन्त्र, विज्ञापनतन्त्र, प्रचारतन्त्र, अफवाहतन्त्र, झूठतन्त्र, लूटतन्त्र, वोटबैंकतन्त्र, भीड़तन्त्र, भेड़तन्त्र, भाड़ातन्त्र, भड़ुवातन्त्र, गोहत्यातन्त्र, घोटालातन्त्र, दंगातन्त्र, जड़पूजातन्त्र (मूर्ति व कब्र पूजा को प्रोत्साहित करने वाला शासन) अर्थात् राष्ट्रविनाशकतन्त्र। गणतन्त्र को लोकतन्त्र कहना अन्धपरम्परा और भेड़चाल है। अज्ञानता और मूर्खता की पराकाष्ठा है। बाल बुद्धि का मिथ्या प्रलाप है।
निर्दलीय हो या किसी पार्टी का- जो व्यक्ति नामांकन, जमानत राशि, चुनाव चिह्न और चुनाव प्रचार से नेता / जनप्रतिनिधि (ग्राम प्रधान, पार्षद, जिला पंचायत सदस्य, मेयर, ब्लॉक प्रमुख, विधायक, सांसद, मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री, प्रधानमंत्री आदि) बनेगा। उसका जुआरी, बेईमान, कामचोर, पक्षपाती, विश्वासघाती, दलबदलू, अविद्वान्, असभ्य, अशिष्ट, अहंकारी, अपराधी, जड़पूजक (मूर्ति और कब्र पूजा करने वाला) तथा देशद्रोही होना सुनिश्चित है। इसलिये ग्राम प्रधान से लेकर प्रधानमन्त्री तक सभी भ्रष्ट हैं। अपवाद की संभावना बहुत कम या नहीं के बराबर हो सकती है। यही कारण है कि देश की सभी राजनैतिक, आर्थिक, सामरिक, भौगोलिक, धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक, सामाजिक, भाषायी और प्रान्तीय समस्यायें बढ़ती जा रही हैं। सभी राष्ट्रीय एवं क्षेत्रीय राजनैतिक दल देश को बर्बाद कर रहे हैं। राष्ट्रहित में इन राजनैतिक दलों का नामोनिशान मिटना / मिटाना अत्यन्त आवश्यक है।
विदेशी चुनाव पद्धति के कारण भारत निर्वाचन आयोग अपराधियों का जन्मदाता और पोषक बना हुआ है। इसलिये वर्तमान में इसे भारत विनाशक आयोग कहना अधिक उचित होगा। जब चुनाव में नामांकन प्रणाली समाप्त हो जायेगा तब इसे भारत निर्माण आयोग कहेंगे। यह हमारे देश का सबसे बड़ा जुआंघर है, जहाँ चुनाव लडऩे के लिये नामांकन करवाकर निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार और राजनैतिक दल करोड़ो-अरबों रुपये का दाँव लगाते हैं। यह चुनाव आयोग हमारे देश का एकमात्र ऐसा जुआंघर है, जो जुआरियों (चुनाव लड़कर जीतने वालों) को प्रमाण पत्र देता है।

I am first doctor in my family preparing for pg... I come from general category middle class... My parents earn 1 lakh above decided limit per year.. now eg. out of 100 seats, 50 are already gone.. last year they took extra seats out of general for handicap.. so left around 40-45%. Then many are in private colleges with fee between 22-50 lakh.. so about 30/100 left for general people who are not very rich.. 10% of 50.. so 5 seats gone to poor general category.. now general category is left with 25.. so now I m working so hard for 25% of seats left for me...
your analysis is wrong you havent taken meritorious reserved candidates taking general seats ,, an ST girl ranked 1 ,, now wheather she will come to claim her seat from general category or go to reserved category ....

Toh kya jo 70 yrs se chals aa raha hai abt backward castes jo ab backward nahi hai still they n their families r taking benefits, shouldn't this get changed? Open catg bare me aajtak koi party ne nahi socha tha. They forget that all open catg people can't afford higher fees. We are suffering from this system from 70 yrs. Sabhi reservations sirf financial base pe hona chahiye then only poor people can get benefit. It's a high time that Modi govt should revise the entire reservation by doing a survey n think abt merit which is atmost required to do a skillfull job. If foreign countries had such system, they wud hv never developed. And there are no govt jobs now. Only pvt. N Pvt companies give the job only on Merit. They will never accept reservations. So at the end only Merit wins.

सीधे सीधे कह दो की पुरे देश के सरकारी तन्त्र को शैक्षणिक और रोज़गार के आधार पर पंगु बनाना चाहते हो । आरक्षण के बाद भी जनसंख्या के आधार पर सवर्णों में 10 में से 7 काबिल निकलते हैं, और अन्य वर्गों में 10 में से 2 । पुरे आरक्षण को ख़त्म करने की बात कहो तो ज्यादा सटीक बैठेगी ।
फिर फायदा की हुआ उससे अच्छा खत्म करने या आर्थिक आधार पर बात करिए

HOW? How can that not be called equality? Intelligence and talent don't only come to the higher castes or economically forwards. Entrance exams are definitely the way to decide best and deserving candidates. I don't understand why some people think that's not the case.

Excellent initiative by government, but as they want reservation every where, including private sector. I would also like to see similar representation in politics, where 50% of the MP seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC and 10% for EBC's.

Y. Yadav does not know legal process of reservation. Know, this 10/:will include poor and middle class people of all those classes, not covered by caste reservation.. It excludes s.c. S. T and o. B. C and rich class of general castes. This is morally right. There is a wrong interpretation that general seats are for savarn caste only. True is that general seats are for all irrespective of caste creed or religion.
