i've never had someone explain the sleeping late as well as you have. i was in the same position for years and years, was even giving sleeping pills for my insomnia. NOTHING helped, it was purely a mindset thing. my life was chaotic and the peace i found knowing everyone else was asleep while i was awake was unexplainable. few years ago when i was at school i would end up doing all nighters and sneaking in naps at school. recently i've fixed my sleep schedule just like you and i hope we both stick to it!! great video amber!! Amber what perfect timing for this video. Lately I’ve been struggling with my sleep schedule from waking up at 4pm to sleeping at 6am. I hate the cycle I’m in but its so hard to break it due to not being able to sleep early or wake up early. I never considered it being rooted from anxiety but you might be right. It’s frustrating when you feel you have no control over your own body. Hoping your motivation runs through me so I can get my life back together ❤

I think it's easy to lose focus of how much health and wellness is different for everybody when it comes to mentality and you seem to really be finding what works for you (and you're glowing bc of it!!!!)
When I was in my early 20s I would sleep at 6am and wake up at 2 as well. It was awful. A couple of things ended up flipping that for me (I now wake up at 5am and go to bed at 10pm/midnight on weekends). 1 I got a dog lmao. I HAVE to take care of another living thing. 2, I got a job and it became a priority for me. 3, as a gym goer, the gym in the morning is so much nicer than fending for your life at the gym in the evening lol. I also love mornings. I take it slow, make my coffee, relax. It's a great feeling.

I was looking forward to this video after hearing you made the change in your podcast!! I’ve been struggling with my schedule. I’ll go to sleep around 12-3am and I wake up between 7-8am. Although I average maybe 6-7 hrs I still feel terrible in the morning. Sometimes I continue to sleep even when I have things to do. It’s a battle, but we’ll all get there!! im literally someone who can't fall asleep before midnight, my schedule was so messed up literally the same as your's amber but trust me once you start waking up early in the morning it feels so nice and slow mornings are best thing everrr.
