About the earth cell: I performed several tests and the only use I found was for the legendary silver sword which has a shield increase of 50% + 15% bastion. In summary, with these buffs you will receive 165 shield back instead of 100, and when attacking you will receive 36 bastion shield instead of 25, activating the cell instantly causing 752 damage. This was the most consistent way I've found, as you only need one hit (if bastion activates) to detonate the earth cell. Large amounts of shield are not worth it, attack speed however is more efficient because it helps with the amount of detonations. Special Cyclone is a try, and so is Shirke's lantern. 😁
Yeah but most new players don't have the silver sword. Thus making Earth (as mentioned) a meme cell lol. Of course some very poor creators will suggest that it's viable but they're more or less idiots who don't actually play the game. The earth cell fails every good dps test sadly. Unless they buff the det damage (to actually receive benefits from other cells)
@@kelvinmendes1187 Yup, and I believe the devs no longer even do balancing patches, so I am doubtful they will change it. At least Fire may have SOME use. Gonna experiment

I dont know how dumb this question would be but, whats the difference between your builds and the meta builds on dauntless builder... since I've grown a liking to strikers, whats your opinion... is meta more of a flawless type playstyle rather than a casual player that wants to get better.
My builds deal as much (or more) damage than meta builds while actually keeping you alive (save for a select few but I state that openly in the build that it is difficult to play properly). The simple difference is that mine are usually designed with player comfort in mind. The meta builds are designed to actively sabotage players by forcefully requiring flawless play (having no healing or sustain etc.). They cover this up by suggesting it provides the highest possible DPS, but if you go into training grounds you'll see barely any difference between mine and the so called "meta". The meta was designed solely by the malicious partners and official dauntless "veterans"/players who used their knowledge of the game to drive traffic to their streams. They did this because the average player would consistently need help while using their builds, but they could easily showcase HUGE damage etc. (clever video editing with cuts and scene hiding also help to skew information further). You can review my vid here where I demonstrate how my builds do the same thing, but better: ua-cam.com/video/txULfYexNek/v-deo.html tl;dr - don't use anything "meta" or from the Dauntless builder as it is purposely designed to make you fail and think you aren't good enough for the game.
@@TodayIStayedInside Thank you for your comment, and yes after building "meta" and then building One of your builds, I can safely say the high damage output is most likely more than these "meta" builds plus the faults that your able to do and still recover from it is really nice.
@@holditakhi298 It isn't true. Robot builds are very good, I've tested most of them myself, but the meta builds are quite literally the highest dps. Most of the damage can't be tested in the training grounds. You can't test overpower, you can't test catalyst or anything that procs based on an effect done to the behemoth like wounding etc but they are literally the builds being used by the best players in trials. If a Robot build could do trials at the same speed, they'd be meta in an instant because they have way more sustain/survivability in general.
Yup. Season 4 cells will get moved into the general pool in Season 5. So you basically never have to do Gauntlet. I myself don't bother because I cannot be arsed to spend that much time on this game lol
Nice vid! I just subbed! Are you a dauntless partner?

Yes, you are absolutely right. It is a very specific cell and in 99% of cases it is not worth it.

Valentines event, you'll have to get it next year. Just call me Robot btw lol.
With the water cell, once you get hit and ignore the damage, is there a cooldown or does it immediately activate again after the next dodge?
Immediate activation :) use it as much as you like
