hi i used to work for a company called sanjel. we ca.e through or near kevin to frac there and oilmmont.i thought most of it looked like an 80 s oilbust town. maybe we where farther out though up by the hooterites places .Godbless from oklahoma city
Six years since your post..... Bet you were fracking for Somont. There used to be a refinery here. Closed in 1977. Now it's an EPA superfund site. Oil production still goes on in the patch though. 100 years ago there was so much oil that they actually ran it down the borrow pits next to the roads to oil ponds to be collected by oil wagons. I mean LOTS of oil. Supposedly was the largest strike of the time in the USA

That is until someone gets the tannerite out. But I love it here, and I wouldn't want to live in any other place on the world.

oil and natural gas, will be with us for next 500 years....we export energy & are worlds largest producer.....
