It's boss fights like this that make me want to replay the game without "Deal more damage" equipped. Getting the feel for how the bosses function in actual combat and what they can do in return.
For me it’s the fact that I level up too quickly by me balancing exploring the game and doing the main stories. By the time I’m done exploring, I can already beat them in three turns.

For me, it was somehow *worse*. She was at 1HP, and I thought “hey, I’ll leave the final hit for Temenos and just have everybody defend!” …I forgot she was poisoned. She got through with her speech, launched one weak attack, and instantly *died.*
Doubt is maybe what he do, but to me i think this theme taught him to believe again. And the theme being like this showed me that both of these things should be held in equal regard.
It's funny I remembered coming to this final chapter and boss for Temenos, with him worrying that Kaldena is such a force and he is worried he won't win and with Osvald give him an encouragement, just for him to bombed the boss with boosted magic atk and tripple cast and bammed, she is gone . So much for worrying lmao. still a banger of a boss theme I love how the character own theme is mixed in.
I remember thinking I'd leveling too much, because by the time I got to Kaldena's second form, she was already in the red life wise. Which didn't help me in thinking Temenos was my least favorite of the 8, not that I hated him, but he's a 9.5 to everyone else's 10 for me.
I was scared of this fight going in since temenos was one of my weaker characters but it ended up being super easy? I'm extra surprised cuz all the other end chapter bosses so far kicked my ass, (died once on harvey, once on dolcinea, twice on mugen and none on ochette's boss). Maybe it's beacuse i was over leveled (main party at 65-ish and temenos at 30) but is was only a little lower while fighting hikari's bosses so idk.
this fight is so rng heavy, i was around level 46 and sometimes she entered her second phase at 50k hp, and sometimed at 20k. and ranged attacks are way too unbalanced, they deal around the same as a singular target attack and this is just terrible game design. great boss design tho
A good player can deal with the "heavy rng" while having the boss rolling max attack damage every time and still beat it first try no problem. In contrast, a not so skilled player might struggle but can get the W too in a lucky attempt. It's not about making things unbalanced, is about opening the gate for everyone with a bit of luck in case they're not good enough

Temenos is angry that everyone he loves is dead, and the worst part is that his anger will be provoked again.
There’s also a tinge of regret - he and Crick didn’t leave on the best of terms.
