Thank you! I enjoy doing this after few minutes of stillness, focusing full attention on an ear then to the other. It is one of the most amazing (bodily/sensorial) experiences i have. You can literally feel something, identified here as attention, traverse the brain from onse side to another. ;-)
I have recgonized every now and then when I Come back to being like a relaxation around or in the head. Like strong tension that I dont know before it lets go and I become more present. Its a Great peace. Sounded a little bit like what you talked about. And maybe being comes back to being would be more true. Thank you Tony for sharing this pointer with us. When you said there's no one in there, you pointed to something i've been questioning lately. If no one is in there, then only the Mystery/life/god can decide to reveal itself to itslef and stop the dreaming. Am still altering as a doer, and i used to think that i need to meditate, sit in mountains or be with a guru in order to realize the truth of what i am but now, it's just confusing. Am a bunch of programs and one of them is writing this comment right now. I don't have any free will as i think i have. So maybe Mystery still wants to play in this dream. I used to find comfort in believing that God/Mystery wants us back, wants us to wake up but this doesn't make any sense any more. So how do you see it now ?
Hey, Yes there is simply life experiencing itself spontaneously without any entity within, so as you realized, free will is indeed an illusion. Did you choose to write this comment? No, while watching, a thought or an energy arises, «I have a question and I need an answer» Who asks? yes a bunch of false and illusive beliefs about yourself that you somehow created. (Ego) And you can stop this dream right now, when you are reading this, no one is reading, simply presence which is shared with each of us. We could say that God wants to recognize itself in the physical world as us, this is simply a play of awareness/God/presence/pure consiousness. What are you here and now? The answer is wordless♥️
